Big comfortable bed and good size room! Decent variety of breakfast (if included). Excellent location and easily accessible to the city/monuments!!!

The walls are paperthin so prepare for no sleep! The bathroom also has mould growing which is a health risk!!!

Fantastic location and great budget friendly hotel for an overnight. Fernanda was wonderfully helpful providing early checkin, and baggage storage. Room (#604) was very spacious and clean, and while the bathroom did feel a bit aged, everything worked just fine. AC was great, there was ample hot water, satisfactory wifi, and all in all it was just perfect. You certainly can’t find a better spot in the heart of San Telmo at this remarkable price!

Admittedly, we were reluctant with several negative reviews, which we now know were totally unfair and not representative of the service received nor the quality of the hotel. Anything less than an 8 can simply be assumed to be a novice traveler without any real world experience and/or margin for comparison after booking a budget hotel and expecting a 5-star resort. A real shame that the hotel has to suffer as a result of incompetent travelers. There was nothing we didn’t like, except for other people’s poorly formed opinions and reviews.

The mini fridge in the room was a great convenience for storing drinks and snacks

Very good location, all the major tourist attractions in the Centro area are within walking distance, and there are some exceptionally good restaurants nearby too. The room is spacious and reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The hardware, though functional, is quite old. Few amenities are available. It might not be a good option for those whose travel style includes spending lots of time chilling at the hotel room.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us with any questions we had during our stay, including good restaurant recommendations. The hotel is in the heart of San Telmo, very close to the metro and several tourist stations, especially La Casa Rosada, the Mafalda Statue and the San Telmo Market.

Good location, reasonable price. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He recommended an excellent steak restaurant just 4 blocks away and stored our luggage until our room was ready. He also translated some phrases to Spanish for me when I had a sore throat, so that I knew what to ask for at the nearby pharmacy. A very nice breakfast was included.

The walls in the rooms were a bit thin, and noise came through.

Safe & fridge in room. We had a lovely balcony. Breakfast is simple but very good. Staff are pleasant and helpful! Central location and easy/safe walking to restaurants & bars, minimart, canals/river, shopping mall, Hop on hop off bus etc. Room aircon works well. Wifi is strong.

Bathroom is tiny, water pressure in shower is not great. No room for bags in room. The mattress is old, soft and saggy.

Located short walk away from Plaza de Mayo. Loved the lobby and reception area. Good enough for a one night stay before travelling to the south of the country.

In our booking confirmation it said that we get a room with the balcony but we got window only (no genius upgrade). While the lobby area has attractive look, rooms are not that good. It took long time for hot water to flow, but since it was 38 degrees outside, shower in cold water was refreshing. For 4 stars hotel I was expecting more.

Conveniently located for a four night stay in Buenos Aires

We had a king bed which was two single beds pushed together. The bottom sheet was not big enough to fit around the two singles and every morning I woke up to the sheet off part of the bed underneath me with no mattress protector. This is uncomfortable and unhygienic so they need larger sheets to fit the bed appropriately

The location was great, staff was very friendly at all times. The price was also a good thubs up. Our room has a good view and the nosie from outside tolerable.

The single beds put together to make a doblebed moves/sleeps in the middle/connection, so a bit annoying. Mattres was OK as well as pillows. Maybe time to chenge some of them.
