Check in quick and efficient, staff very helpful. Bed comfortable and great shower. Breakfast continental style and plentiful. Hotel located in the older district of the city and good base for this area, palace and museums together with the shopping area. Reception and dining room quite modern within an old structure although our room was a little dated and in need of some remedial work. Still great vfm considering location and all factors above. Only a one night stay but good for longer. Very busy.

The location is ideal. Stones throw from many historical buildings and the Square. The price was great, especially considering that breakfast was included. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and the rooms can use some updating. But can't complain for the price.

I liked the bathroom actually very luxury like experience, also the towels and overall cleanliness were very good, the bed was very comfy and the full body mirrors in the room also were wonderful

The room was a little dark, the window was small and the light coming from it was not much, also they don't serve eggs for breakfast and i'm used to eat them

Really good location of the hotel, spacious room. We also had a balcony with a great view on the street!

The best years of this hotel are probably gone. Some equipment would deserve replacement and breakfast was rather poor (no eggs, sausages etc.) but if you search for well located and safe place in BA, can only recommend.

Right across the street for the cathedral. Perfect for 0830 daily mass!

I was in room 708, it was close to the generator and a bit noisy. The room got warm throughout the day, being exposed to direct sun — but cooled off well at night.

Staff were very helpful, location is great for many attractions and close to areas with nice restaurants and bars. Room and hotel facilities were all good, clean and comfortable!

Location. Some of the staff were lovely.

The breakfast was extremely poor. It was quite noisy with an industrial fan outside and church bells.

Everything was good, close from everything and stafd were nice

Our bathroom was nice but a smell was coming out from the drain.
