The location is perfect, the building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

The rooms should be modernized, the quality of cleaning needs to be improved. (We had a sticky stain next to our bed when we arrived, the room was cleaned every day until the end of our stay but the stain was not removed. The maids should make sure that if something is empty or runs out, they refill it.)

The location was amazing. At one end of the avenue was the Obelisk square; at the other was Maya Square. The HOHO bus also had stops literally outside. Yet the room was double glazed so really quiet. My sister was ill, and they allowed us really early check in, and emailed too let us know. An excellent service from the hotel the made all the difference to our stay.

Good location at Plaza Cinco de Mayo, excellent reception staff who clearly care about their guests, comfortable and clean rooms. Good room service. Reasonable prices.

Tiny elevators; decrepit gym equipment difficult to use; weights are too low weight, squeaky bikes/elliptics etc. Need to replace everything.

Major attractions in walking distance, f.i. Casa Rosada, Recoleta Cemetery, Teatro Colon and the coastal area. Excellent breakfast and likewise facilities. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff!

everything was great! the location is great. the surroundings are clean, calm. The only thing I didn't like was that when I asked for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, no one told me that they wanted another 30.5% to the amount. And they themselves wanted me to add a transfer fee to the payment for the room. And so from 12,000 pesos, it became 15,660 ... and for a transfer to the airport from the hotel, it is 8,000 pesos. Do not agree that they will add the bill to your room.No one from the hotel tell you that;) …not good for the 5 stars hotel..

excellent value, great breakfast, fantastic gelato across the street, nearby convenience stores for snacks et al, all reception staff spoke English and they responded graciously and quickly to all of our requests and questions,large bedroom/bathroom/den, excellent individual room temperature control, lots of linens and bath products,

rooftop pool needed attention as did the roof top bar, somewhat distant to restaurants with dimly lit streets, our room on the 2nd floor suffered from street and subway noises and rumbles although we didn’t ask for a room on a higher floor

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were only staying overnight, so it was perfect. Not sure I would want to stay here for an extended period. It is centrally located, but a bit away from the cultural Center. Of town.

The hotel is very dark on the floors. Not really inviting.

A well located close to the city center and a convenient hotel. Staff members were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide selection. We didnt have enough time to enjoy all of the hotel facilities (pool, etc) - still it's definitely a highly recommended hotel!

First of all we really want to thank the desk girl for a very early check in. It was really nice, and really helpful. Actually we booked a room just for about 12 hours, because our flight was at midnight, and we could not get a late check-out from the previous hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, near to everything, and in a very safe area. When we will return to Buenos Aires, we will come again to this location.

An amazing hotel in a fantastic location! The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, which we truly appreciated. Their attention to detail and extra touches made our stay unforgettable.
