LUCAS PICCA at the front desk was extraordinary as were WALTER and GABRIEL. I would hire them. They were very helpful with my sister who was hit by a drunk driver and needed much medical attention and hotel assistance. ERICA, Constanza, Camila and Diego in the restaurant were helpful with breakfast. YOLANDA, MARCELA, ESTELA and Patricia were exceptional with cleaning rooms. I unequivocally recommend this place because of the people who work there.

ELEVATOR broke down once.

Very responsive staff, friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast is really outstanding. Location is convenient, easy to find taxis etc. In the lobby complementary water/lemonade and some snacks. This is not the most beautiful hotel but well-organised and good value for money.

Small things only - the mattress on the bed didn't have a cover (under the sheet) so we asked for this and it was put vey quickly. No socket outlets next to the beds (but we had read this prior to booking a room). The reception area with bar is small and not very attractive. The restaurant (we only had breakfast) is in the basement.

Great location, access to Subte next door, easy to get to wherever you want/needed to go. We walked to most places. Very nice breakfast, staff very helpful with anything you needed. Modern hotel in an area with a lot of vintage architecture. Skinny hallways but nice sized rooms. Very comfortable. Worked well for 2. Bonus - Starbucks on the corner!

Keeping it real - a lot of construction near the hotel, the price for being in the city. Looked like infrastructure improvements. Also, the grittier side of Buenos Aires is on display. Poverty and homelessness are present in the city and you run into examples near the hotel. Hotel security is visible, the doors are locked and manned. We never felt unsafe. I recommend this hotel.

Comfortable but a bit dated (not many power sockets, shower takes time to warm up and there is mold on the grouting, etc), though we had similar experiences in all 3 Argentinian hotels we visited (nice enough, but in need of investment). Not much ambiance (no bar or restaurant on ground floor). Slow check-in process

Comfortable stay, not in the great best area of town but close to the AEP airport (takes 20 min by Uber) and has excellent luggage storage. We left bags there for over a month when traveling and had no problems. Be careful when you book as some booking include breakfast and some do not. We booked the same room type and for a lesser price, it included the breakfast (which is ok) and the higher priced room did not.

Staff were always prepared to go the extra mile,nothing too much trouble. In particular Pablo who made our stay, so kind & helpful. He is a real asset to the company. In fact every company should have a Pablo!!!. We think he will do well with N H.

Not so keen on the dining room having no natural light,such a huge room it felt decidedly empty. Not at all cosy. Such a pity because the meals were good quality,plenty to eat & served in a very professional manner.

1) Location is very close to the Obelisk and the Corrientes street and a block away from the major street where there are a ton of restaurants and shops. Pharmacy, Starbuck and many other stores are right across the street from the hotel. There are 2 subway stations nearby. 2) Room: We had a superior room and it was super LARGE with an incredible wide and circular floor to ceiling window. 3) Breakfast was good and had hot and cold items, fruit, all sorts of sweets, and juices.

The bath tub was rusted and chipped.

The rooms were excellent, a good size with lovely beds. The hotel is modern inside and more spacious than many. The staff was friendly and efficient. And it is a great location, safe and pretty central to most things.

The last night I had to change rooms because of a leak upstairs water pouring down the wall. Which was fine - but the replacement room was noisy and hot (I don't think it is rented out much). But overall a good stay.

The location of the hotel is very centrally located (a.o. Calle Florida 500 meter and very close to the Obelisk). The breakfast is extremely good with a lot of food options= perfect! With nice long operating hours. The staff is super friendly and everybody is doing their best, although not everybody speaks very good English. For example Melanie from the front desk helpt us patiently for a long time to obtain our Covid test results (website in Spanish) as the results did not arrive by mail.

You need to pay extra if you want more than the provided Nespresso coffee cups in your room (1 per person per day). The soundproof windows are not really soundproof, quite a bit of street noise.
