Super comfy beds and pillows. The room was spacious and quiet, even though it’s right in the city center. The bathroom was clean, with a big and comfy shower. The location is top-notch, perfect for walking around the city, and the Yellow City Tour bus stops just a block away ;) Breakfast was amazing!!! OMG! A full buffet with lots of variety and great quality. The staff was always helpful and friendly, ready to solve any questions or issues. We’d definitely stay here again! :)

Tierra (hotel restaurant) is a very nice restaurant with creative dishes, but the waiting (dinner) time was longer than expected.

Welcoming staff some of whom spoke good English. Very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel in all regards. Fantastic Caesar's salad (con pollo) for evening meal. Great location for touring the city (bus top tours from two blocks away). Great sights to see within easy walking distance and good choice of restaurants near the river (again, walkable). Easy transportation to main airports with Uber (get the App if you don't have it!).

Have to pay for coffee in the room. Some free instant coffee sachets and mild pods in the room fridge would have been nice (tea is free....but no milk).

Hotel’s restaurant should not be a kids’ playground (running around and screaming) while parents and staff remain oblivious and you are trying to enjoy dinner. It’s a restaurant, not a playground. Shameful, it has to be me calling the “responsible parents” attention to ask their children to stop screaming. Again, very regretful experience which could have been avoided if hotel staff had intervened.

Beautiful property, friend staff, good breakfast selection, best location for tourists who want to be centrally located to many of the sites and activities

My only little negative was that we were located on the 12th floor right below the rooftop pool, patio, bar. When trying to nap/rest before going out, we could hear chairs and tables being moved across the floor and it echoed in the room. But again, this was only a slight issue and would not deter us from staying here again.

Breakfast is really good and has a lot of options. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and they have been in the hotel for quite some time, so they can really help you as they know their hotel. The parking garage is really secure, you will always be able to park your car inside and at any time of the day.

Room A/C doesn't cool much, as it was beginning of the summer, sometimes the room was hotter than I liked it, even with the A/C at its maximum. The toilet is embedded to the wall an at a height is not standard, so it is not 100% comfortable unless you are a very tall person.

My BA accommodation fell through so I had to rebook with one days notice. The Grand Brizo was a well-priced, very well located option so I was very happy.

The set-up at breakfast is strange. A red rope separates you from most bakery items and hot food. A member of staff puts your selection on your plate for you. This method for a 'buffet' was inefficient (as only one person was served at a time) and inaccurate (if you didn't speak Spanish the member of staff didn't always understand your selection). Plus standing behind the rope meant you didn't always know what the selections were. Have never seen this in any other hotel and it detracted from the otherwise enjoyable breakfast experience.

We travel a lot and this hotel has impressed us so very much ! The location is perfect for sightseeing Buenos Aires, the service has been second to none ! The attention to care for each client has been exceptional, always smiling and happy to provide whatever they can to make your stay memorable ! The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop Bar and pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi add a level of sophistication to the whole experience, we will never forget our time here. We highly recommend a stay here.

Not a thing

Breakfast was lovely, and easy. The room was well appointed and lovely to stay in. The location was central and made getting around easy.

The greeting on entry the first time. There was a lot happening at the time. However, a tiny bit more service would have helped. It was noisy at night due to the main road traffic and not ideal for light-sleepers.

Rooms where clean, breakfast was normal but you can order additional omelette, staff was friendly specially in the restaurant

There are no spaces if you need to work, there is only the restaurant. Also you can not stay there pass 10 pm, so if by time zone difference you need to attend meetings it is complicated.

Location very central. Rooms were big and comfortable if a little dated. Roof top pool. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

We were allocated a suite which turned out to be immediately below the Sky Bar which played loud music every evening. We complained and were able to move to an alternative room in a couple of hours. Have to pay for coffee in the room.
