The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. I chose this hotel to ensure I felt safe while traveling alone and they did exactly that. I loved how the building is locked and there is always someone at the desk. Also, the cleaning staff checked on me everyday which I appreciated. AC works fantastic and great pillows. Great location and neighborhood. This is an awesome place to stay.

The bathroom was a little dirty but for the price you can’t complain. The desk chair could be updated to something more strong. I worked at the desk a few days and it did not provide much support, but the desk area was great.

The location is superb. Walkable to the tourist attractions nearby. You could put your luggage in the lobby and staff will take care of it.

I returned to my room around 11:30 PM and discovered that the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was completely broken and impossible to fix. When I reported this to the staff, they informed me that there was no maintenance team available and no other vacant rooms. Their only solution was to provide extra towels to mop up the water that would inevitably spill onto the floor. However, given the extent of the damage, I felt this issue should have been noticed and addressed earlier. The staff looks like a part-timer so I did not blame him. He asked me to send the photo to WhatsApp where I think the management team is there, but the management team did not respond at all.

The staff was great and able to speak multiple languages, also very helpful for recommendations on things to do in the city. The location was great with many restaurants and attractions nearby and a small snack shop. I felt very safe here. Loved the inner courtyard. This property also seemed sustainability focused (the room key is required to turn on the lights), one waste basket in the room, etc. We were also able to receive early check-in! The room was the perfect size with a safe large enough to fit all valuables (laptops, cameras, etc), a fridge, and plenty of storage.

The bathroom was clean, however, the fabric shower curtain could have used a wash.

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean, with a safe, good WiFi, a fridge and microwave. It really was a very pleasant place to stay and it is within easy walking distance of the centre of town and most of the places you'd want to go.

One evening, when we arrived too late to go out to eat, we purchased sandwiches from the hotel (it has a 'snack bar' near the sitting area). It is good that the hotel offers this service, but the sandwiches were barely edible - tasteless, doughy bread containing little ham and cheese.

Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. We were allowed into our room early as it was ready, which was a bonus! Reception area very bright and welcoming. Was also very secure, with 24 hour reception for entry. Room was big, with a huge double bed! Was very comfortable and quiet, and in a great location. Could leave luggage free of charge on departure, which meant we could have a last walk around the city without carting our luggage with us. Great value for money, and would stay again.

- older building so there were spots where the floor was uneven or sagging - bathroom shower curtain was not very effective at keeping water contained. at other times water seemed to leak onto the floor but we couldn't find where it was coming from - do not disturb sign would not stay on the door handle so we had to tape it to the door (sign was thin and flimsy)

Room was excellent size, comfortable beds.

Amazing front desk staff. They were very honest and helped us get taxis and transport when we needed. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, kind and made the whole experience amazing. The hotel room was very clean, spacious and easily exceeded my expectations. There is a western Union only a block or two away so easy to change foreign currency to local. The location is nice, only about a 15 minute walk to the presidential office and cathedral. Would definitely stay here again if I visited Buenos Aires.

Though the location at first seemed a little doubtful. we felt safe and it was close to shops, restaurants and made reaching other sites fairly easy on foot.

Didn't like the deep, in-room step necessary to reach the bathroom and coffee area in our room. Also it seemed that the room was set up by Amazons as all hooks and the few shelves were mostly out of reach.

Beautiful room with lovely high ceilings. Bathroom was fantastic and shower was powerful. Reception staff were helpful and allowed me to store my bag for a few hours before checking out. Variety of streaming services available on the TV in the room were an added bonus.

Double bed was actually two single mattresses on a double frame, which was fine, but was a little uncomfortable during the night!
