The Lennox Hotel is located near Plaza Lavalle (Teatro Colón), on a street lined with musical instrument shops in a safe neighborhood. This makes it easy to walk to many of downtown Buenos Aires' sights and restaurants. It's also ideally located for using the metro or taking bus 129 to La Plata, just outside Buenos Aires. The hotel offers plenty of comfort with spacious rooms and bathrooms, a lounge, terrace, gym, and jacuzzi. Everything is neat and tidy, although some minor wear and tear is visible. The restaurant not only offers a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet, but also serves delicious dinner, and hotel guests receive a 15% discount for their first dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are fully committed to providing guests with a carefree and pleasant stay. Arranging an affordable airport shuttle is easy, and you can count on enthusiastic assistance with any practical travel issues. Moreover, the price-quality ratio is excellent. Definitely a place to book again for a carefree stay in Buenos Aires.

Amazing great find near the Obelisk. Close to 9th Ave Tourist spots.Clean and amazing service from Reception especially from Matias who worked on Christmas with always a smile on his face and ready to give any information we needed. Also a shout out to the you man who checked us in and the lady who checked us out as well as the concierge staff. Amazing group of people !!

Walking to the Hotel from the Obelisk area in the evening a bit sketchy. No one bothered us though and we took Cabify and Uber which are very economical in the evening so never an issue

Great 'apartment' style room with kitchen area including a microwave, fridge and sink for snack preparation. The room had 2 big double beds and was very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke good English! Breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooftop 'jacuzzi' and sauna were the icing on the cake. Just call reception and they set everything up for you in minutes! Location was very central and very easy to get about from. Would 100% stay there again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Lennox Hotel is close to the city center and the main sights. Staff is kind and helpful, eager to give you information about the city. My room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was great, with many choices (including churros !) and the restaurant is serving delicious food with normal prices.

You could hear noises from the adjacent rooms. Room and floor ambient is too dark.

Liked there is a mini kitchen, the window opens. The reception staff are hospitable and caring. Soft comfortable pillows. Good location. Disliked: Awful breakfast. No choice, not worth 18 Dollars. Only an omelet is hot. If you are tall, the bed will be short for you Room is small.

The check-in experience with Rodrigo was exceptional. He also assisted and spent time with us on how to get around the city, where to go, what to see, how to make the best use of our time. Alejandro, the bellman. provided superb service with care and attention to our luggage and anticipating our needs. Rodrigo and Alejandro make a superb combination and our thanks to both. Wish we had more time to spend there.

The check in was friendly and efficient.The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with a bathtub ,as requested.There was also a little kitchen which was great.l Also the churros at breakfast were the best in Buenos Aires !

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the bed is absolutely amazing. The jacuzzi that you can use is great. The shower is great.

Everything is great, except for the breakfast. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of options. We only went for breakfast once and after that we didn't go anymore because it's just not good. Beside the breakfast everything is exceptional.

My friend and I loved the staff, they were so friendly and caring. The location was very useful, walking distance to restaurants, shops and obelisk. They also kept our room cleaned daily. We were really happy and we highly recommend this property.

Nice atmosphere, clean and BIG rooms. Breakfast was good, even though the staff in the lounge is composed of only 1 person who's clearly overloaded. The location is good and safe, been though the center is not the most welcoming at night on the other hand you're close to everything.

It can be a bit of a dark atmosphere in the room, I missed some good bright lightening. The sound of the vacuum cleaner is present all around (and they don't have carpets!) They should avoid using that vacuum cleaner so much, especially before 8 am when guests are sleeping! If they don't have carpets, use an old gold broom.
