The staff very fruendly good service

The rooms were very clean and well equiped but the only detail is they need little fresh paint

My only complaint was the eggs and sliced potatoes were always cold...the coffee was excellent also the medeolinas as well as the fresh fruit salad.....no butter though...all the staff were helpful and friendly...chambermaid,reception and dining staff all happy to help.

The toilet seat was tired as the toilet flush was leaking.. the room door was tired and bashed...the shower was dated...but taking into account the nature of Argentinas economy I will not complain....it is hard hard times.....the country needs tourist

My mattress was not good Woke up with painful back. Breakfast was always lukewarm.

The staff was very polite and courteous. The view and location were simply amazing and satisfying.

The wi-fi was horrible. It did work but in my floor (level 5), it went off and on several times. I noticed that in the lobby it worked amazing but in my room, not so much. Also, the warm water pressure was basically a drip. The cold water had a burst of a pressure, but the warm water was hardly there. Lastly, if you are going to reserve and you're a foreigner, you will have to pay taxes which ended being more than the cost of the stay (BTW 2 days= was $130). My taxes were around $148 (keep in mind)

The location and some of the staff were nice, but the old guy doing the check out was not.

Torn bed linen, main room door, bathroom room and bathtub door that get stuck when you try to open or close, dirty curtains, spider web on the A/C, we didn’t have blankets, we needed to ask for them and the ones that they gave us were smelling bad. The bed was really old, almost with a hole in the middle. We ask for a room without a bathtub and we needed to change rooms more than once to find one without(we asked for a quadruple bedroom, in the end we had 2 double rooms because of the bathtub, one with e another without). Also the rooms were full of mold.
