The staff are amazing, friendly, professional, and even packed us a breakfast on our last morning because we had to leave at 4am. The breakfast buffet is extensive with several hot options, fruit, meat, cheese and many pastries. Location is close to most attractions. We could walk everywhere.

The towels and pillows are older and thin. On a busy street, with some homeless people in the green space across from it. Windows do keep out most street noise. Some noise from tv in next room.

**Location:** The hotel is ideally situated just 6 blocks from the iconic Obelisk of Buenos Aires, a short 10-minute walk to this famous landmark. **Room Experience:** My room overlooked the road, yet it was remarkably quiet, providing a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Large windows allowed for a light, airy ambiance while enjoying the city views. **Staff ** arranged a breakfast bag to go, as I had an early start to airport.

The check-in time is 15:00; however, when I requested an early check-in for 11:00, I was informed this could be arranged for an additional USD $52 or guaranteed for USD $104. Upon declining the surcharge, my room was not ready until 15:30. Staff offered to store my bag in the interim, which I accepted, returning at 14:00. I have a knee issue awaiting replacement, so I needed to rest it and waited in the lobby until 15:30. This is the first time I have been asked to pay a surcharge for early check-in.and the only negative and disappointment to a lovely hotel.

We chose to stay at Eurobuilding Hotel Boutique Buenos Aires because of the option to store our luggage for a few days (we were traveling for a cruise but had time to visit Iguazu Falls beforehand, so we were able to leave our "cruise luggage" behind and stayed there post-cruise as well for a total of 3 separate reservations). The folks at the front desk were all friendly (great restaurant suggestions) and welcoming, especially when we returned for the 2nd and 3rd reservations. The rooms and bathrooms are quite large (2 of our rooms actually had a glass wall with a shade between the bathroom and bedroom), and we appreciated the small fridge to keep our drinks cold. Breakfast includes a couple of hot scrambled egg items, cut-up fruit, bread for toasting, and lots of delicious pastries; don't forget to relax at the rooftop terrace! If you want to see a soccer match (highly recommended!), the folks there can connect you with a local tour group who has season tickets (different price levels) to the local clubs' matches, so the price includes hotel pick-up, escort into and out of the stadium, and hotel return. The hotel is in a central and well-lit location for walking to/from the major sites; the automatic glass doors can only be opened from the inside to give us the additional security factor.

We wished the light at the bottom of the stairwell would have been fixed - we had to move very slowly before exiting the stairwell, with one more small step before opening the door behind the reception area.

We enjoyed our spacious and clean room with a wonderful view over the very large and vibrant 9 de Julio Avenida. The staff was warm and friendly. It was a great location for walking around and is very close to many restaurants. The upstairs terrace has a small pool and an expansive view. The bathrooms are modern and bright and the beds are large and very comfortable. The workout room has treadmills, bikes, and weights,

Good location, within walking distance of Plaza Mayor (takes about 15-20 minutes); they offer breakfast (which was just okay, actually - not much variety); staff was very friendly and helpful (the woman at the desk when we arrived provided an excellent recommendation for dinner upon our arrival, and was helpful with other logistics questions); decent communication before our arrival. The rooms were a nice size

Walls were a bit thin (I was glad I had a white noise machine with me); there was only access to electrical outlets on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient when you have two people who want/need to charge devices. However, there are other outlets in other parts of the room.

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early and wanted a little later checkout; had an issue with the AC and hair dryer, which were fixed right away. Great roof top area to sit with a beautiful view. Excellent location. I'd book this place again.

No free coffee in the room. There is coffee but it's part of the minibar. However, they do have a small hotel restaurant that you can purchase coffee.

We were stranded by Aerolineas Airlines in Buenos Aires for a night/day, so we reserved this on Booking.com. It was about a 30-minute taxi ride from EZE airport. It's right in the middle of the historic district and on the Main Street, which we liked. It was walkable to everything we wanted, restaurants, sites and the hop on/off bus. The room was clean and the staff kind, courteous and efficient. We'd definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good, but there wasn't much in the way of vegetarian options. Most things had ham in them.

The location is absolutely superb, facility is nicely equipped, staff friendly.

I understand that the monetary situation is dynamic, but at check-in we were told that breakfast is 3500 ARS per person and it turned out to be 6000 ARS the next mooning. Staff should know exactly.

Clean and well maintained building unlike most of Buenos Aires. Nice breakfast area with good variety and excellent service from all staff. Great central location. Surprisingly quiet rooms considering hotel is situated on a busy street.

We LOVED their staff hospitality, they were amazing, they kept our luggage while we went on a 10 day trip to other places in Argentina, besides that the hotel is comfortable and has a good location too.

Nothing, probably that we couldn’t stay longer!
