Great value hotel in great location with lots of character. All rooms come off a central shared area with sofas, a table for eating, a kitchen, utensils etc. Mine was en suite. Really quirky, unusual, vintage decor. I'd describe as 'shabby chic'. Helpful staff. Great WiFi. Secure. Air conditioning. Balcony.

The fittings and decor are a bit dated if you are looking for something modern. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower was quite weak. Payment in cash. Quite basic but that is reflected in the price.

I loved staying at the DEL900. The entrance to the hotel and the lobby have been beautiful restored. The room I had was very comfortable and not very noisy considering the hotel is located in a busy part of the city. There are many restaurants and cafes located near the hotel and I appreciated that the WiFi signal was strong.

The air conditioning unit in my room didn’t work all the time.

1. Interior is nice 2. Coffee / tea 24h, there is a little kitchen 3. Good location, next to metro station, supermarkets, 20 mins of walking to Puerto Madero 4. It's possible to pay in USD, it's possible to leave your baggage for few days (for 2 backpacks it was about 2-3.000 peso per day)

1. I wouldn't say it was that clean, I mean the room and bed... 2. We have stayed there 3 times during the trip and the last time there was super noisy because of repairing works at the restaurant next door 3. Not all the people at the reception speak English

The inside is amazing, it looks like a bar. The beds are super comfy, the staff are really nice (and the girl Who worked last evening (15.9.) is SUPER beautiful :shy: and has the cutest dog) and the location is amazing.

It is a bit old, I guess the whole building is, and the bathroom needs a refurbisment (the shower is rusty). Also, at night if you sleep early people might come and play pool in the main room and it is really loud.

-staff was very kind and trying to help us - antique decoration and building itself was very authentic and fell like being in early 900’s authentic building - value for the price ( private bathroom, ac, room size)

-The bathroom shower door didt shut completely- so the bathroom floor was wet after the shower -noise outside of window ( but not property’s fault) -no sign outside of door so it was bit tricky to find entrance/ bell

The comfort and decor of the hotel was memorable; it was a welcome space to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and generous, making sure we knew where to go and how to get there.

If possible, it would have been great to have a desk in the room. There was a bureau for clothing storage (which was good) but a desk to be able to sit close to and do work would have been even better.

This is the best hotel i have ever stayed with no doubt! Amazing location. Greatest lobby design ever! Free coffee, free tea, free to use kitchen. Lovely receptionist. ( especially Veronica) we have decided to extend our stay here. It is an amazing place

Everything is perfect

The Hotel is quite central. It is a beautiful hotel with traditional furniture and decorations. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. My Room was beautiful. I enjoyed staying here a lot.

There are no signs outside the hotel, so you have to ring the bell of a building to get in. It was a bit difficult to notice that you are at the right place. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, the common areas and the area where you can get tea or coffee were quite dirty, and no clean cups were offered. The air conditioner works but it is old and it takes a while to get the room cooled.

The people were super friendly. My plane had a 7 hrs delay and they were waiting for me at 5.30 am. I stayed for one night and because of my very late arrival they were kind enough to extend my check out hours so I could rest a bit more. I have no words. Thank you 🙏🏻

Location was great, very central. Loved the big woodclad communal area. Staff were great, particularly Veronica. who was very helpful when we had some problems due to a lost phone.

A little noisy outside at night, possibly because we were there at a weekend.
