The evening desk clerk was very helpful, courteous, and wise for his young age. This desk clerk that is a Argentina military veteran impressed me and I think he deserves a promotion. I watched him get rushed with questions and request from over 20 guests in a short span of time, he never got frustrated, he was courteous and answered their questions to the best of his knowledge. I think his name was Julian, I can’t remember but he is Argentina Military Veteran

The front desk staff were very helpful especially the young man named FAYCOO, I Believe how his name sounded who speaks excellent English who was a big help to us since we only speak English, he told us many useful information ,such as directions to a certain place etc.etc.bottomline, he Is an outstanding customer service agent.

Good location, and great breakfast (eggs, fruit, pastries, cereal, bread). Spacious room (had a 4 berth when booked a double). Had 24hr reception desk and access. Had a room to store luggage and if they could accommodate an early check in they would.

Housekeeping would take your towels in the morning and wouldn't replace them until later or not at all. Toilet bin for waste paper wasn't emptied each day or toilet roll replenished. Had to ask for toilet paper and one day was left with no towels despite asking reception twice.

In my opinion the staff was not so friendly. My feeling was they do their work and treat guests with indifference. The hotel doenst has breakfast or other benefits it is simply a place to rest and sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was okay.

It is amazing they do not offer a simple cup of tea with one toast. Also, If you need something to eat or drink at night the area does not offer good options. I believe the price of the hotel make nonsense for the facilities they offer.

It is an okay hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Overall good

2 things: don’t trust in the currency converter in booking, they’ll charge you in dollars at the exchange price that is not always accurate with booking. I got a double bedroom , small bed was too small

The location is very good for my purposes. The breackfast was better than at many 3 star hotels.

The TV had very few channels and there was wi-fi only in the lobby.
