The property well maintain, and it’s keep spotless. The TV console it’s showing the age and the bathrooms. Pool it’s old and small. Spa need a renovation. But still a great hotel love the details as a half bottle of wine and macarons the first day with a personal note. The stuff it’s incredible! Location it’s great for what we wanted. But husband was able to run in the mornings , the ecological park next to it, it’s wonderful ! Connects to the ocean. Madero area has many great restaurants. Love the area.

The pool and console table its chip. The pool very small and outdated. They need new towels. We got most of the days, worn out towels. But the rooms are spacious and so clean.

The hotel is well-located within Buenos Aires, near the San Telmo district. The hotel itself is modern, the room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was particularly appreciated with fresh fruit and local pastries such as alfajores. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the spa staff. We also used the laundry service, which was timely and efficient.

There was an issue with the magnetic keys which the reception staff seems well aware of. They get demagnetised very, very quickly and need to be reprogrammed again very often (think every hour or so). In addition, we found a huge cockroach one night in the bathroom, probably coming from the open drain in the floor (the reception guy was very apologetic about it). The rooftop swimming pool was too hot (probably warmed up by the sun) and insufficiently cooled down. The wooden floor boards around the pool were sunken in and unstable in more than one place, but the view from the rootftop is gorgeous.

+ Superb location + Excellent Staff, kind, educated, and well trained. + Clean, well kept rooms. + Very good breakfast. + It was very cold during my stay and room heating worked perfectly. + In my opinion this is still one of the best options in Buenos Aires, I come back to it every year.

- Wifi and Internet service are not good. This seems to be an old problem that never get fixed. Signal in room is weak, and service speed is way to slow for this hotel category and today standards. This needs some investing urgently.

The hotel is lovely, as are the staff. They don’t have many English guests, so don’t really understand our way of life. This is not a bad thing but a little frustrating when they chase you for money before you have eaten & chase you for a drinks bill if you go to the toilet. The rooms were excellent.

The swimming pool was too hot. The QR codes and no prices on the menus are ridiculous.

The staff was fantastic. They helped us with with every question. We took advantage of the massage and rooftop spa. The view was spectacular. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the river. The neighborhood was safe and had plenty of bars and restaurantes. The breakfast had a beautiful display and wonderful variety. The food in the restaurant of the hotel was gourmet and relaxing.

The hotel was perfect!

The staff, especially Ms. Despo in reservations, Sebastián in concierge, Gabriel in reception and Maximiliano in the spa, were excellent. The hotel was in a nice quiet section, but at the same time a distance away from simple things like a pharmacy.

There was considerable confusion about our reservation due to the fact that we arrived at 5AM and had to pay for the prior day in order to be able to check in on arrival after a trans Atlantic flight. Initially we asked for three nights and had to add the one because of early arrival and this confusion still had not been straightened out during our stay. The bed and pillows were rather hard, the second time we were there.

Staff was wonderful

They need more cleaning staff so that passengers from the US with early arrivals can get into their rooms earlier! I asked in 3 separate messages about early check in and even offered to pay a subsidy for early check in. I sat in their lobby for 5 hours after coming off a very long flight with no sleep! I put my sign outside my door for the room to be cleaned on two separate morning with no housekeeping done! I also called about the sir conditioning and nothing was done until I went to the desk the following day! I would have enjoyed a coffee or tea machine in the room!

the rooms were large and comfortable. the breakfast was very good. the location was perfect. we wish we had had time to visit the spa/sauna/pool

the shower didn't drain well so you showered in a bit of a shallow pool. also, the room was warm and adjusting the thermostat did not seem to help much

On my 3rd trip to Buenos Aires I tried Puerto Madero neighborhood and just loved it. What blew me away about this Hotel is that I arrived on a very early flight from NYC and they let me check in before 11 am. I travel a ridiculous amount (100 Countries) and first time a hotel has accommodated me this early.

Honestly nothing. Loved location, breakfast, staff and room.
