Big rooms

The service was horrible! The guys in the front were super mean and not helpful. Our door was messed up and couldn’t open and we waited outside for 15 mins until my husband managed to open it by himself. Everything we wanted to go in the room we had to do so much work and they knew but didn’t help us at all. When we checked out they said oh we didn’t know. Which they did but we told 4 people of staff. Plus they charge you for coffee which we didn’t know. My kids got chocolate milk(which they threw away because it was nasty) and they charge me for that. He saw them doing it and never told us we had to pay for it. Horrible!

The hotel seems to offer good services for a summer holiday.

Beyond the amenities, the breakfast area could be larger or at least allow dining by the pool. Additionally, the staff does not appear to be trained to provide courteous service or address concerns effectively. My room was consistently cleaned after 5 p.m. I also had to request assistance multiple times for my TV and air conditioner to be repaired, and one day I had to ask for toilet paper because none was provided. Internet service does not work in the pool area, which is inconvenient, and there weren’t enough chairs for all guests in this area.

Location was very nice and beautiful, the hotel stuff was friendly and open, room spacious, clean, well-equipped and with a great view, the room service was excellent.

Spa was out of order. The reason why we picked this hotel was due to spa, so it was rather dissapointing. We did not receive any compensation / alternative and payed full price. The breakfast was more or less the same every day (we stood there for 9 days, so in the end of it, we were quite exhausted by the lack of variety).

The room was amazing, we really enjoyed the size and the other items that we had in the room, such as a toaster, microwave, and even stove.

Now what we did not like was the breakfast, it was mostly pastry and we didn't even have options for eggs. The options were very limited and the pastry was not even good.

Friendly and polite staff, check-in was smooth and hotel rooms were luminous, clean and spacious. Amazing bedding as well. Amenities worked properly and hotel guests were respectful with rules.

It was a bit difficult to access parking lots, not many signs on sight. Our room did not have complimentary tea or coffee but that would have been easily fixed.

Unit door card key system was malfunctioning. We went thru 7 cards, and even the cards that were working failed 2-of-3 swipes. Shower leaked badly. Drain was slow so there was an inch of standing water, eventually escaping the enclosure.

I had an early check-in with no extra fee confirmed but the check-in agent did not want to give me a room. It took me 20 minutes to insist on my confirmation until he was willing to check us in even though I could show him the email with the confirmation. All other reception staff was always friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped . Liked the fact there was an outside pool to relax by that was not on a roof. The area was OK took a few explores to get orientated.

Being an apartment not an hotel there was not a bar to purchase drinks to sit by the pool

Location is good if you want to either walk to Puerto Madero or downtown Buenos Aires, or San Telmo. It's located in a "buffer zone" between those. The room was very spacious and the style was clean and modern. Same with hallways and the pool area. The temperature of the pool was perfectly warm.

The breakfast is very limited, and even worse is the fact that there's very little room (8 or so seats) available, it's intended for you to grab something and take it to your room. A nice option but not so much if it's the only practical option. Also you have to pay for your parking, which I don't remember if it was noticed in advance.

Excellent location, walkable to most tourist sights. Great customer service, I was able to do early check in (for a price) and late check out. The room was big with a mini kitchen and living room.

The breakfast is very simple, I wish they had eggs.
