The location was perfect for your first trip in Buenos Aires, it's near all the Metro system, bus stop, right around the corner from mayor landmarks. And next street next to it it's filled with restaurants and cafes so finding breakfast, lunch and dinner stops is no problem.

The bed and pillows were not the softest nothing bad in particular but not that hotel grade comfort were expect. In the room we could not figure out the AC/ heating system it was like on automatic, so sometimes we would get a little hot in winter and needed to open a window.

The hotel is relatively new, offering comfortable beds and a superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff is exceptionally attentive and eager to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Its location is conveniently central, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. However, the nearby streets did have some unpleasant odors due to garbage, which can be typical of busy, central areas. Despite this, the hotel remains a great option for those seeking comfort and value in a prime location.

The first room we were assigned, a superior room, was oddly located in a corner of the hotel and extremely noisy due to its proximity to the building’s ventilation systems. After requesting a change, the staff was helpful and offered a quieter room, which was unfortunately smaller. Additionally, small details like complimentary water and extra bathroom accessories could have enhanced the experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and outstanding service.

We loved everything. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel valued and respected. After staying in 15 other hotels in 21 days in various locations of northern Argentina, this kind of treatment, plus the superb condition of this spacious hotel, was a breath of fresh air. We loved it so much, we decided to stay there for our last night instead of getting an airport hotel. Thankyou to everyone at Huinid.

Nothing really. We loved everything. A suggestion would be to have an English speaking news channel, as we noticed a lot of English speakers in BA.

The Room was very good and clean, except the refrigerator was empty and not filled with water or other drinks…. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, including the very friendly employees who handled our check-in and check-out, except one male employee in front of the computer who never payed attention to us or looked at us and always ignored us….. The breakfast staff was very friendly and courteous, just as the two barkeeper‘s also, very nice.

Location is ideal to explore Buenos Aires, theatre, local cafes, restaurants, all nearby. The staff are welcoming, friendly in many languages, always cheerful & helpful! At the Reception, Pablo was excellent with travel tips and restaurants to try. Thank-so much to the excellent staff - from Reception to the Restaurant, the Bar, and Housekeeping! Nothing not to like! Everything you need to enjoy a hotel is here. Breakfast has wonderful varied selections, Bar offers lovely wines & cocktails. Food is great!

Staff were not helpful - no one offered to assist with bags coming or going and they were a bit unfriendly.

Whilst a very central location, there were a number of homeless people on the street leading to the hotel whom had to be walked past to get to the hotel. There were no issues with them and we were ignored by them, but they spilt rubbish out onto the street which smelt. No fault of the hotel and this should not detract from anyone staying in an otherwise really good hotel.

Rooms are large and modern. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is modern overall and bar serves food in addition to drinks. It was very convenien.

Air conditioning was old and very loud. It failed few times. Bathroom was pretty dated. Breakfast could be much better. It is not acceptable to have old baked products.

Located in a beautiful historic building in the old historic section of Buenos Aires. It was perfect for exploring the city first time around. Room was a bit small, but bed was great and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and hotel staff very helpful.

A modern room, which was very clean. Quality hot & cold breakfast buffet. Reception staff very helpful indeed, organised us a nice breakfast box when we checked out early for the airport Great location, within quick walking distance of tourist attractions.

We would have liked being able to make tea & coffee in the room. Happy Hour at the bar, drinks choice was very restrictive i.e. we had to have 2 wines and couldn't have a wine and a beer
