The location was very convenient, like Broadway with all the cinemas and theaters. The only problem I had, not the hotel's fault was finding a restaurant that serves people with celiac disease. The front desk gave me an address in Palermo, which we couldn't find until we were informed it was located 30 kilometers away. I was traveling with my granddaughter who is a vegetarian and she always found something to eat for breakfast, or other meals. I happen to be slender, and lost a few pounds, which was not my intention. Our last night we sat by the obelisk, only 3 blocks away.

The hotel is well located at the theater district. Attractivities like Opera, Obelisc or harbour district within a walking distane. By bus in front of the hotel to San Telmo or Boca

The service at the pool and lobby was very lazy and we had to remind the staff several times to bring us the ordered drinks. Unfortunately most staff did not speak english, what to our understanding is a must at a 4 star hotel

I stayed in two different hotels during this trip to Buenos Aires. The other was a five-star hotel arranged by my Antarctica cruise operator. Frankly, in comparing the two, I prefer staying in Novotel because it is located in the exciting theater district surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment venues. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay but I did not have to pay a hefty price for it. I was particular impressed by Novotel's front desk staff including Palo who were very helpful in answering my questions about the city--it was my first time in Buenos Aires. I will stay in Novotel again if I am back to B.A. in the future.

It was centrally located in the city with easy access. The staff was kind, and very accommodating for taxi scheduling and city tour guide advice. early and late check out accommodations were provide for very early arrivals and late flight departures.

I was surprised that there was no microwave, iron, ironing board, wash cloths, lotions, Q-tips, and English TV channel options for international guests. private events in the main bar area were rented to local parties for events that excluded the use of the bar for the regular guests lodging at the hotel. this forced you to go out into the cold to look for alternatives. the room had too many light switch options, often confusing where or how to turn off and in the lights. No complimentary breakfast or coffee options.

Very good central location for exploring city. Nice comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful reception staff. Very comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast!!!

Location is amazing. Corrientes av. really gives you the feel of the city. Close to amazing places, theaters, restaurants and others. Plus the rooms are quiet, super comfy and welcoming. Restaurant and the bar are great and it had a pretty nice pool

The room we got had water from the shower leaking a bit to the bathroom. It's a minor, doesn't change the experience at all.

Comfortable bedroom; nice location, close to subway and to restaurants and stores. walking distance from Obelisco and Florida street. Good breakfast; hotel staff was nice.

the street can be very noisy during the night on weekends. Windows have good acoustic isolation, but if you have a chance to request a bedroom facing the opposite side, do it.

Second time in a week there, the room was very good, clean and tidy, staff were very pleasant. Location excellent

Attention to detail - a shower door that would not close, a sliding bathroom door that would not slide.

We like the location as well as the room. We also enjoy the breakfast. Staff at the front desk were very cordial and friendly. They went out of way to help us in getting our tour organized.

The restaurant service was slow when we took the dinner. Also they could have some more vegetarian option.

Breakfast expensive if you want to buy online, there are many wonderful coffe places around the hotel.
