I like that there is a receptionist 24/7, not just a screen. It felt very safe. The room was very clean, and the cleaners were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The location was perfect for me, I was visiting a fertility clinic nearby. View from room was nice. The breakfast was excellent and lasted until 11am which gave me time to run errands and eat prior to checking out. I would definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge wasn't very cold. I had medications that needed to be refrigerated, so I was worried it would be a problem. The mini fridge also didn't have a freezer section, so I couldn't freeze my ice packs.

The location was excellent , short walk to Corrientes street which is the Main Street with pedestrian walkway and all restaurants, very lively also half block away to a beautiful park /plaza and Teatro Colon . 3 cafes with delicious breakfast /coffee options on the corners of the intersection .the rooms were very spacious, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful and rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent The front desk was helpful in our request for late check out and only charged $25 for keeping the room until 6:00 pm which was very appreciated

The place just needs an upgrade of mattress/ bedding / towels to rate a 10 . Also breakfast was very economical but mediocre , I would pay double for quality coffee and fresher baked goods, real eggs , non stale cereal… I also think if there is a safe in the room it should be connected to the shelf - that would make me feel more comfortable using it for my valuables .

easygoing hotel a few minutes walk from the subway, with another stop not too far off. walkable close to a number of sights, and easy access to many others. bed was comfortable, wifi was decent enough, hot water solid. elevators small but quick. staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. simple but nice accommodations overall.

walls were a bit thin, and you could kind of hear the subway pass by below.

The property is conveniently located, walking distance from many must see places in BsAs and places to eat. Good room with king bed and 2 twin beds and small kitchenette with all you need to feel like home.

The property has some signs of mold which I think should be addressed. In room 602 The bathtub has a glass that you can’t move and is too close to the bidet and is hard to come out, you have to be careful not to fall. Mattress in king bed was a little hard.

I had initially booked the hotel for 2 days but extended it for 5 more days due to the amazing hospitality of the hotel staff Alex and Ruben.. The WiFi is super fast, the rooms are clean, there is a fridge as well as a microwave, plates, glasses and spoons in the room.. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower.. The location is quiet yet very accessible and walkable to the main attractions in the city.. There are good restaurants and cafes around the hotel.. I came to Buenos Aires with no plans but Alex and Ruben helped me book all my tours and also gave me recommendations of everything there is to do and see in Buenos Aires..A big shout out and thank you to both of them.. There is a restaurant on site which serves decent and reasonably priced food..

Excellent location ! Staff very attentive ,helpful and courteous. Room very spacious , suites are a great value for amount of space .

Beds need to be updated , mattress is too soft , towels are clean but a bit old and grey, not all the rooms are updated , could not use the closet in the suite that had not been updated - huge difference when we switched to an updated suite . Breakfast had large selection and was very reasonable price but food mediocre - lots of cafes around though as other options .

Very very nice and kind staff. All of them! That’s something very nice in the hotel! All of them are kind, helpful and always ready to help, whatever you need: restaurants tips, nearby spots, etc.

Breakfast could be better. Lots of sweets, no skimmed yogurt, or yogurt sugar free. Lack of fresh fruits. That’s the only thing I didn’t like in the hotel.

Nice, bit room and comfortable beds. I like having a kitchenet with a water cooker and table with two chairs. The personell was very helpful. The location of the hotel was really good easy to go the Subte and bus and walk to the main attractions in the 'old' town.

This hotel, but many others as well, should have two comfortable arm chairs in the room with good light for sitting and reading otherwise one is always sitting in the bed.

Location is perfect to go everywhere. Staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is no issue. The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The place is clean. Feel safe.

The reception is too small. Breakfast buffet was not included. Restaurant does not serve dinner; however it gave us the advantage of eating out. Fair price everywhere for great steak that Argentina is known for. Mosquitoes is a big issue in Buenos Aires. They were let into the small lobby whenever the entrance door was opened.

The men at the reception were extremely nice and super helpful. They helped me book a dinner and tango show, as well as call other locations for information. Great location and nearby to lots of places.

The first morning, we woke up to lots of banging and pounding. No one wants to wake up that way. It was due to construction the hotel was doing. It sounded like they were right next door it was so loud.
