My son and I only stayed a night as we were going to Uruguay next morning. Staff at reception were excellent and most helpful. It is a perfect location for walks to peatonal streets such as Lavalle and Florida.
The hotel probably needs an upgrade. Breakfast selection was minimal but then probably most people go out to cafés nearby for breakfast.

I was on the top floor with great views.
My room had many issues. It hadn’t been dusted or cleaned for awhile. The hotel was completely full so perhaps they put me in a room on the 19th floor that had been out of service for awhile. The key card required for the elevator worked sporadically. The air conditioning didn’t work. The room wasn’t cleaned during my 2 night stay. There was a line to get into the breakfast area.

Rooms are very dated, outlets don't comply to US voltage, staff didn't have any adapters to loan us. AC was not working well in one of the rooms. Breakfast was just bare minimum

The location only
Many Many things. We had to pay 10 000 ARS $ more than the price printed on Booking. com confirmation document. 59 000 ARS $ instead of 49 000. I spend about 45 min arguing without any success. The air conditionning was not working on our arrival, the breakast was limited to coffee, croissant and toasts, room without equipement (no refregerator), badly isolated for sound. We asked for a wake up call that never occured.
