Fantastic central location on a side street next to Av. 9 Julio, major attractions (Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Galeria Pacifico) about 5-10 min away on foot, all sorts of public transportation also available on the corner. The area is full of bars, restaurants, shops, and is perfectly safe. Room 1309 had a fantastic bathtub with a massage function, the bed was very comfortable. Nice little swimming and gym free of charge, there is also a sauna, but you have to ask in advance for the staff to heat it up. WiFi working very good in all areas. Breakfast very rich and tasty, great selection of hot and cold meals, fruit, perfect before going out for a day of sightseeing. All staff very helpful and kind, provided excellent service and great tips! Housekeeping is doing a great job, my room was cleaned spotless every time. Definitely recommended, thank you for a great stay!

The switch between the bathtub/shower function was broken, made it difficult to take a shower and not a bath. Air conditioning was hit and miss, sometimes it worked well, sometimes it did not. Difficult to switch between hot and cold water (you have to be very careful not to be hit with hot water suddenly). Plugs were quite far away from the bed, had to charge my electronics overnight next to the TV, couldn't have them by hand. Furniture could definitely use a facelift. The room facing the building opposite was not super inviting. But all in all nothing bad that would spoil a great stay, I was very satisfied with everything :)

An aging hotel seemingly held together with duct tape, but there are upgrades that are trying to restore this old hotel to it's former glory. A solid step above a motel 6, but good value for money as it's the least expensive of this category hotel in this Retiro neighborhood. For the price, it's recommended. The two redeeming things were the very nice breakfast and the beautiful, attentive lady at reception with the wavy light brown hair. I think her name is Soledad. She was super friendly, helpful and has a great command of English, which was helpful to us.

Breakfast was excellent, well stocked. Staff were very polite and efficient. Excellent coffee. Location was excellent. Recommend great restaurants. Our room was clean and large, beds were comfortable.

The pool area only had the lake gets pool open. The water was way too hot for being a main pool. The hot tup was cold when it was open. I preferred the temperature of that. The whole area needs to be power washed.

Breakfast had a large variety of pastries, fruit and dairies. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were great. Well located hotel, on a quiet street. Staff was nice and the hotel itself is pretty.

It is absolutely noisy!! I heard every single sound, from people speaking or flushing the toilet, to slamming doors and elevators opening and closing.

This is ine of best hoteles you can stay when visitante Buenos Aires. Location is great, The stuff was very find and giving attention to details that exceded out expectations. Comfortable room, clean and the breakfast was wonderful.

1)The outlets gave us problems holding whatever we tried to plug in. 2) excessively noisy with children running all over and being loud. 3) the bathroom was noisy too ( maybe the noise of water running through pipes)

Rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. We reported a few minor problems and they were on them right away. Breakfast staff, especially Miguel, were super nice.

Definitely need more plugs. No plugs available near either side of the bed. Would also be nice to have more of the universal receptacles so you don't need the Argentina unique plug adapter.

I like everything. Breakfast was great, staff excellent, dining was surprisingly good and inexpensive. It was charming. Scheduled to stay two days and ended up staying five.

Very few power outlets in the room. The eggs and bacon in the breakfast buffet really weren’t up to 4 star standards. The WiFi wasn’t really fast or reliable

It was in a good area. It was quite at night.

Our room has not been updated. We have previously stayed at this hotel and had an updated room. The bed was not comfortable. Regulating the temperature of water for the shower was challenging.
