Positive: 1. Great staff, especially Catalina and David 2. Great location, in the middle of “everything” 3. Room size, comfortable and good space 4. Good Breakfast, simple but enough and tasty 5. Great Shower, impressive water flow and temperature regulations, nice bathroom as well 6. Comfortable bed, for a couple, queen size, firm mattress and cozy 7. Quiet at night, silent location even it’s close downtown 8. Amount worth paying, not cheap but not expensive as well 10. Restaurant and bar Moby Dick, located in the main lounge, pleasant place, cold beer and drinks, worth visiting for lunch or dinner

Need to improve: 1. Poor daily room cleanliness, we stayed for a week. The room maid only cleaned “the very basic”, as we noticed the room was never swept 2. Bad frigobar. We asked to fix the frigobar, as it wasn’t freezing. They changed for another one, that also didn’t freeze properly. 3. Bad wardrobe. Only a simple open metal structure The rooms deserve a decent wardrobe or closet, as couples or families staying for some days need a place to store clothes and personal things

The reception staff were super helpful and sweet. Camilla and Lourdes in particular, but all were helpful. We used laundry service and it was quick and inexpensive. We were able to change rooms with no fuss. The location is fantastic.

Room service did not clean well. Breakfast was just adequate, but Abril was great.

The service and the people are amazing on this hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and with lovely view. Located in a central and secure place in Buenos Aires. Extremely recommended

No closets and the restaurant closes around 23hs

I loved the location, it is next door to Rapanui the best ice cream parlor in town. The hotel has a great location, it is a calm spot in the middle of a busy area. It has a nice restaurant in the first floor. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful, they do not have phones to the lobby but you can contact them via Whatsapp. They help you with anything, booking cabs or any useful information. I would definitely stay here again. I like the lighting of the numbers of the rooms.

The toilet was leaking clean water and the guy came twice to fix it, because you can not lean on it when using the toilet for number 2. The shower is only half covered by a glass so the bathroom gets wet when you shower as water spills. There are also many ants if you leave sweets so be very careful.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Room is roomy.

More towel and cloth hanger. Hallway is dark

The baked goods were freshly made every morning. The buffet was well presented and the staff was attentive to replenish items as they were consumed. Please suggest that orange juice does not need ice, it becomes diluted and watery.

The hotel has not competed the paperwork to extend Duty Free or IVA exemption/refund by the taxing authorities. The IVA tax is very high in Argentina. The management does not seem sufficiently up to speed on the little things that do not cost them anything but make the experience more everlasting. We shopped at several stores and they provided us with the paper work to present at our departure from Argentina and we expect significant amounts of funds return from taxes paid.

The halls leading to the rooms were different from other hotels. The focused lights guide the path as it is a little dark. The staff were friendly. They kept my luggage after I checked out. They even arranged for a taxi on the day of my departure as Uber couldn't come through because of a marathon that cordoned off all the roads. The hotel is situated very close to Lavalle and Florida

Breakfast was average, could have been much better for the room's price. The view outside the window was disappointing as the hotel was housed within a building.

Breakfast staff wasn't really invested in the business. A lot of issues with dedication to making sure there were basic necessities provided. Glasses, coffee mugs, milk, hot water, plates, etc... were often missing, causing big delays for people who wanted to have breakfast and get on with their day. Would recommend a manager for quality assurance but they seem to have hired a bunch of kids to run the place, which has definitely lowered the quality of their service.

Its location is unbeatable right next to Rapanui where they sell the best ice creams! It is also walking distance to many touristic places like Palacio Rosado, Plaza de Mayo, mercado San Telmo, and of course just across the street of Plaza San Martin. The employees are really nice and serviceable. I left some things in the safe deposit and they sent it right away to the airport as per my instructions! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The lighting of the corridors though fancy is a little too dim for my taste. Pillows could be improved.

The breakfast was average. ( Juice, Tea, coffee and cereal) If one wanted American style breakfast there was an additional charge. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the service

Check in time was too late, because the housekeeping staff starts their shift almost at check out time., not all guest wait to check out late in the morning. It seems the hotel is very frugal and all the staff, we met in December is no longer working at the property. There were not enough hangers in the clothes rack as well as trash cans. The cleaning staff forgot to re-supply toilet papered it created a "crisisInstead of providing full new rolls of toilet paper the staff supplied previously opened rolls.
