I was lucky to get a room on the 44th floor - more expansive but worthy because of the spectacular views. The apartment is spacious ( not as much as column 07 where I stayed last time ) and well decorated. The location is great, walking distance to all Buenos Aires main attractions, and good restaurants.

kitchen is not well equipped - only the basics. And there is something a little mean - such as no tea-cloths, one only hygiene paper ( if you don't request you may regret!). Bathroom is quite dangerous as there no bars and the floor is slippery. Pillows are hard. And it was noisy - the source os strange noises, like pipes running through the structure of the building.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! The grand entry set the tone, and the large-sized apartment was both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a huge plus for two of us working in tech and taking conference calls without any issues. The bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. Overall, this apartment is a gem—great for work, relaxation, or just enjoying the Soho-style charm in a spacious and well-equipped setting. Highly recommend!

Although the TV wasn’t working when we arrived, the property manager was quick to respond and very attentive via text, which we really appreciated.

The view on the top floors is fantastic, you can see all the central areas of this huge city. The location is very central, close to Florida, Avenida 9 Julio, and with good and short access to the rest of the city. The rooms are quite spacious (even the simple ones). Restaurants and cafes very close. We loved Saint Moritz cafe just next to it (it is like you have breakfast on the ground floor). People in the reception were nice and kind. Good value for money.

It is something between hotel and apartment renting (with 24h reception), which was not a problem at all. Obviously, this type of short renting plays a lot in Buenos Aires. Just mention this in order to be prepared.

Very good location, has all the facilities required (for instance laundromat, so you need 1 hour to get your clothes washed). Rooms are huge, so are the windows. Numerous restaurants (cheap and costly) are around. Highly recommended

Some furniture was kind of old, but clean though. And the staff took some deposit during check-in which is unusual to me. And I was not allowed to pay early next day (I arrived very late at night), also cash payment was subject to some extra charge, so I paid with credit card (good currency rate though). Not slippers in the room

I stay at this location every time I’m in Buenos Aires, it’s directly in the center and has a great view of the city as well as a gym, pool, and infrared sauna. The hot tub wasn’t working when I was there last but the pool is heated. Top Rentals is the best short term rentals company I have seen in South America. They’re all English speaking, accommodate your requests quickly, and have multiple locations around town with the same level of service. The check in process is very modern and easy and they respond to requests through WhatsApp within seconds. I hope they open more locations around the world.

Everything was perfect.

Location Balcony for fresh air and to dry laundry. Having a laundry downstairs that was easy to use. Could have down with a few more supplies than 2 days of complimentary coffee attaches. Or even a vending machine.

Bit rundown entire apartment. Cracks and dusty. The kitchen is there, but the labeling has worn off so you can’t tell how high the oven is cooking difficult.

Good place. Central location. Easy access. Staff is great and check in is super easy

The picture of the room shows a city view but we were on the 9th floor so just a view of the street. It’s VERY simple to have the photos of the exact room match the listing. It was a disappointment since we stay here often and never had this problem before.

They are spacious apartments with a nice view over the city. Despite being centrally located, a metro card is a must. The entrance to the building and room is via an app.

Kitchen utensils are limited. Furthermore, the hygiene can really be improved. There was a lot of dust on the floor that sticks to your feet, there are stains in bedding that apparently don't come out (buy new ones) and in the bathroom there were hairs on the tiles. What I don't understand is that several guests are complaining about this, but no progress is being made. I don't think this is good PR for your company. Shame, it could be better in terms of rating

The check in was quick and simple, the location is amazing and easy to find, and the apartment was more than alright. I got the apartment on the 34th floor with an amazing view. Also, there are nice restaurants at the ground floor and only couple of minutes walking.

I would prefer a room card instead of an app, but that's personal preference. Also, the spa/gym have seen better days but were more than alright for a short stay.

The apartment is super beautiful with incredible views on the city, and its very central. We booked a 2 room apartment and we had 2 very comfortable rooms, and 2 nice full bathrooms.

The apartment was a bit cold, and there was a bad smell coming from the drainage in the bathrooms.
