Breakfast was copious and in a lovely atrium. My bed was very comfortable, though it only had a sheet on. The temperatures were still cool enough in early April to merit a blanket. (There was one in the closet.). The staff were very helpful and friendly and were seemingly happy to speak with me and my intermediate Spanish. The hotel is well located, and is on a quiet street. I walked back there from an evening out, and there were enough people still out and about to make me feel pretty safe.

My bathroom needed upgrading - icky grout in the shower, and the toilet didn’t flush too well. Noise sort of ricocheted in the hallway. (I believe there were several sections in the hotel, so perhaps it was different in other rooms). Although my room had large windows, they gave onto a very small “courtyard” sort of place, with just a tiny square of sky above. It gave the room a fairly somber feel. Perhaps there were rooms with better views.

Friendly welcoming staff large room.. with very comfortable bed //delicious breakfast.. kept us going all day // delightful Japanese style Zen space off the lobby Great location - short walk to the Obelisk, Galeria Pacifica, and main landmarks and restaurants [ recommend Broccolino Italian near the hotel and the Steak restaurant 'La Estancia Asador Criollo' on Lavalle - 10 mins walk from the hotel]

We were advised not to walk in the hotel neighborhood after dark .. although I must stress it was perfectly fine walking there during the day. maybe the staff were being extra cautious for our safety Surprised that the safe provided in the room was small ( think wallet and passport size ) not large enough to hold valuables like a laptop...

Very upscale, very clean and modern hotel,the breakfast it's great ,good variety of food options.

The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic. Location is great, the hotel is closed to several stores, restaurants, and big avenues. Breakfast was outstanding and staff very helpful

The room didn’t have the kettle to make a tea in the room. I had to ask for a kettle, and the stuff brought it but without any tea bags. That was a big strange considering that this is a 4 star hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very good despite the language issues. Our room was spacious and comfortable but not sound proof. The bathroom had the best mirror, easy access for shorter people with shortsightedness. Great for doing your makeup!

The breakfast was only satisfactory. The shower in this great bathroom was quite poor, little water pressure and it was difficult to switch from the bath tap to the shower head. My husband finally got it to move.

Staff were friendly. Centrally located, not far from the Teatro Colón, metro station and bus routes. The pool was lovely, with a nice warm temperature. (Note the pool is designed more for relaxing than exercise, but I managed to swim a little bit when it wasn't busy). My room was huge.

The pool was warm and inviting; the staff were great; the breakfast was fantastic and included in the price; everything was walkable from the hotel. The room was fantastic, great bed, great water pressure for the shower, closet space was large.

It was a bit confusing at first to figure out what tower we were in, but it was terrific.

Well located in the heart of the city. Lovely walks near shopping, restaurants, city attractions. I felt safe walking around too.

The power went out in my room. I reported it but until I left it wasn’t fixed. The room was dark all morning of my check out date.

Great find in BA! Location was excellent very close to the centre and walkable to many areas. Staff was very good...positive attitude and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. Room was large with very comfy bed, good shower and good A/C. Property was clean throughout. I would recommend.

I had the feeling some of the staff was unprepared and would be slow or just not explaining all necessary things at first. What put me really off was the fact the breakfast was always considerably late (eggs bacon omelet) and that can really mess the schedule of many people
