I don't know how this hotel can be rated disappointing. I paid the same price to stay at this hotel as I paid for a bed in a hostel in Buenos Aires, where i shared a room with 7 other people. This room included breakfast, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap (all things I'd had to pay extra for at the hostel). I'm a solo traveller and booked a room here last minute, arriving after 11pm. Every member of staff that I met was lovely and really helpful. I was shown to my room and the receptionist explained what time breakfast was, how to use the key card etc. They let me leave my bag in their luggage room all day free of charge too. The location is great and value for money is excellent. The air con in the room was amazing, yes the rooms could do with a bit of attention but the room was comfortable and there wasn't anything that bothered me or spoilt my stay. With the prices they charge how can they be expected to spend a lot of money on upgrades to the rooms. You get what you pay for which is why I don't understand all the negative reviews. If you want luxury, put your hand in your pocket and pay for it instead of complaining after paying a budget price. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Buenos Aires, thank you for a lovely stay.

the room looked nothing like the photos. very basic when I got there with limited plugs, bathroom was not that clean, tap dripped the whole time, bathroom door rotted and shower curtain very mouldy at the bottom. also no controller for AC (this was ok though) and breakfast extremely basic. also found the card thing a bit weird (due to covid we didn’t have cards but the staff had to let into room. never a problem just a bit weird)

Check-in took forever. Noisy at night. Key card to door not working, we had to call staff every time we wanted to get in to the room. AC not working. Beds smelled of sweat. Breakfast was ver poor.

We liked that the property was centered .

We didn’t like that it wasn’t nothing compared to the pictures and the “free breakfast “ was all a lie . There was such a bad smell .

The staff is pretty nice and helpful. The location is great.

Too old facilities. The towels are really old and disgusting. Same for bed sheets. Wifi worked intermitent.

beds are uncomfortable, elevators are horribles, the breakfast are 2 toast and butter and 1 coffee, if you want other 2 toast you need to pay 1.5 USD extra
