The location is central and easy to find as a tourist. The breakfast is quite good, except if you order eggs you must order them and pay for them separately. The room was for three, the beds were comfortable, cleanliness was excellent, and the restaurant staff was excellent, always attentive and ready to help.

We really liked the attention of the restaurant staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, Breakfast is included in the price. You do not pay for table service, unlike many others in the same sector where you must pay for it.

Immediately upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. In fact, all receptionists there were exceptional and made me feel very welcome. They have a WhatsApp account if you needed anything. They assisted printing off a flight boarding card for me when asked. There's a 15min walk up to the cities rural wildlife bird sanctuary and a huge walk running alongside. Great to escape the hustle and bustle for a short time.

Everything was great. Breakfast was a little uninspiring with no hot food (as to be expected) Everything else was great.

They served amazing food at breakfast- croissant, kinds of bread, a lot of types of cereals and of course hot chocolate (: There are lots of places to visit in buenos aires. I think there are lots of places in buenos aires that good location to sleep. This hotel is 20 min walk from plaza de mayo. 40 min from san telmo market. The room was clean and was exactly what i thought it would be.

The staff was really nice but It looked like it was hard for them to find for us a map of the city (regular question). At sunday we asked them what there is to do in San Telmo. They recommended the market in San Telmo. They didn't tell us that all the way there, there is lots of markets. We could have missed it and it was one of the best things we did in buenos aires. We felt that it was better to find what there is to do in google then ask them. Also, they told us that exchange money is only at florida and the exchange happens on the street but there was cambios in stores near the hotel. It had much better gate then the hotel.

Great value for money. Great location to walk. Local restaurants close by. Comfortable room. 24hr front desk as we flew in late. Good communication. Lovely breakfast. Really recommend this hotel.

Mosquitoes in the room despite aircon but mosquitoes everywhere in Buenos Aires. Generally hotel could do with a refresh.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Make sure you have enough cash (USD/pesos) to pay for the room because this is Argentina and you will be charged considerably more if you pay by card. Also, make sure the taxi drops you off on the correct street as it doesn't always come up correctly on google maps and we ended up on a parallel street and had to drag our backpacks through the rain for another block. The room is on the small side, but nothing tragic. For some reason, they initially wanted to charge us extra for eggs at breakfast.

The staff was awesome! The place was close to a good area. Short walking distance to the main avenue with many buses and public transport. The room was big and comfortable. The service staff cleaned it everyday. Nice toiletries. Breakfast was ok and comforting.

No eggs in the breakfast buffet. The room fridge was not cooling enough. The fitness center was very poor.

Staff went above and beyond. Lovely people in a lovely area!

The aircon was pretty loud, and the toilet seat hinges were a little loose, but its still simply fantastic value for money, especially considering how awesome and helpful the staff are.

it was a last minute booking, the gentleman at the reception who checked me in graciously and efficiently check me in within the hour I booked, maybe less as I was nearby. my request for a room with a pleasant view was perfectly acceded(mucho gracias, Señor). breakfast was a charm!

the Wi-Fi was not great at all , it kept cutting out and wasn’t great in the room at all. had to use my own data. the gym was closed. the breakfast was very basic. for a 4 star hotel I expected more.
