The hotel is located in the city center. There is a metro station and a bus stop nearby. It is also close to all the city attractions and to the small city airport.

The hotel infrastructure is a bit outdated, and I think it needs to be updated.

The reception staff were great, so polite, friendly and offered help with taxis and directions The breakfast room was spotlessly clean and the trays of food were kept filled up, excellent selection of food. The cleaning staff also friendly and very efficient Loved having a microwave to heat water etc The safe was super easy to use Loved the bed, lots of pillows. Bath sheet was a great size

The cupboard doors were challenging, I didn't realise they were magnetic. Dark brown doors make the room feel small and dismal There were no coat hangers. No kettle The shower took ages to heat up Now Covid is not so much of a threat, it would be brilliant if instructions could be printed and laminated so that guests knew exactly which remote to use for which TV unit etc, also the shower controls were trial and error which wastes a huge amount of water.

Centrally situated and quiet position. Our room was overlooking the street with double glazing. Clean and comfortable apartment room. Front reception staff were amazingly helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was buffet style; good range of good quality food. Menu was fairly varied. WIFI was mostly good though little slow in the evenings.

No saucepan provided so unable to use 2 burner cooktop. With so many cafes and restaurants nearby, we were happy to eat out and try local provincial dishes.

The location was great. The Gray Line city bus tour (which we wanted to take) had its offices just round the corner. And there was a super steak restaurant (Santos Manjares) just two blocks down the road. The room was excellent. Above all, reception were MOST helpful and enabled us to get out of a dire situation with a faulty booking for a very to Colonia.

The breakfast was generally good but we were disappointed by the croissants. Reception were brilliant, except on advice about where to get Sube (public transport cards). We went to 18 different places before getting one. It would be a real service if reception could stock them for sale to guests.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The staff was very accommodating. After staying at the hotel for four days we were going to visit Iguazu Falls. They were more than happy to hold our extra luggage. Every day they were arranging taxi for us for sightseeing.

The breakfast had extremely limited choices. Every day same items. Sometimes if an item ran out it was not replenished right away. Twice I asked, "If more was coming." No, we don't have anymore - was a frequent response.

Super helpful staff at the reception accommodating everything we asked for regarding our trip. Many many thanks! Interestingly smart room service - fixing the things better than if it was you:) Great breakfast. Excellent location. Felt safe and strategically near to everything we wanted to see and do. Comfortable big room with cozy design. Clean.

Everything was great.

We enjoyed the spacious suite; staff was friendly and courteous; and the location was good for us.

Furniture in the suite was well used but not an issue for us.

Location, value, cleanliness, felt area was safe. Close to everything. Very accessible.

Room faucet was loose, leak thru shower partition.

great little bouquet hotel with exceptional large suites. older property, but we’ll maintain. great location, staff was wonderful and there to help you with all your needs. would stay there again.
