The hotel was very well located: just around the corner of one of the main avenues, while also within walking distance to Plaza de Mayo and some shopping areas. The receptionists were very kind and helpful with information and tips for sightseeing. Although the hotel could use some renovation, the rooms are really spacious, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast had a good selection of food, but most of it was sweet. I guess it might be something typical for the country, because I would have expected to have a wider selection of cheese or salami instead of cakes. It was in the room price, so overall good value for money.

The property was in a good location on a one way street, very quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Had a supermarket across the road. The accommodation is older which was to be expected, all facilities were clean but dated. The staff were very attentive and happy to help. The breakfast was standard with eggs, cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

Not the accommodations fault but 21% tax on top of the cost for using foreign debit card.

The fitness center! (Has stationary bike, treadmill and a small bench with 6 weights (1.25kgx2, 2,5kgx2, 5kgx2) The first room that we were checked in didn’t have a proper AC, but upon talking with the receptionist, they immediately upgraded us to a superior room.

Brilliant location great for hop on hop off bus and catching ubers - reception staff superhelpful and friendly with tigre delta boat info and tango info - they went beyond to assist - and offered a couple if drinks vouchers on arrival too - nice balcony overlooking street - good breakfast - again great staff - there was a computer i could use in a quiet room to do some work i had to do - no charge - this is a great base for a top trip to BA - everything you need in a great location . Very pleased - thanks guys !

The doorman. One was great but the second one was a rude, loud insecure thug who liked to mark out his presence in the lobby and in the street.I work with excellent securuty services in hospitality in the UK so i know how it works - this guy was an ape and was a bad reflection of an otherwise very good hotel .I ignored him as my policy with bad security is " do not engage - sack them " - the only bad bit of the hotel is at the welcome point and that us the point if first note.First impressions count !!!....and last !!! Throughout my stay this neanderthal embarrassed the hotel's otherwise quality service

The location is really good, close to everything. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Good value for money.

A great, old world, classy hotel in Buenos Aires. I liked the style of the lobby, bar and restaurant. Staff were nice, and location was great!

It was a little bit jaded, but that was also part of its charm.

The location was so central close to most of the key places, the staff was so friendly and so helpful, especially Alan, they even helped us to book taxis and the city tour and he told us which laces to visit. Breakfast was also good

most things were so good but they will need to add more on breakfast especially on hot eg sausages ect

Check in went smoothly, room was available early which was great because we arrived in country on a morning flight although they would have stored our luggage before check-in if needed. All of the staff were gracious. We enjoyed the relaxed bar in the afternoons after a full day of touring BA. There were several restaurants within walking distance and a little grocery store across the street for essentials (bottled water, wine, snacks.) Area seemed safe, and there was a doorman so always felt secure.

Hotel is very near to main tourist areas

The bathroom is a wee bit small. It would have been nice to have a proper hanger for bath towels instead of just a small nook on the wall.
