We had three stays in the hotel (checking in and out on each occasion). The room for the first two time was fine if a little tight - but more than adequate. For the third we had one of the larger rooms, which was very pleasant indeed. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, if a little 'samey' - but that I suppose is inevitable. No sign of a chef cooking eggs to order, which might be something to look at. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. One thought - it was only on the last day that we discovered that there is a lounge on the first fllor. I think that could be better advertised, as the sitting area in reception is very limited.

Good sized room, not huge but enough space to unpack and be comfortable. The location was great - we only had 2 nights in Buenos Aires and all the key sights were only a short distance away. Very comfortable bed. Also excellent value based on USD tourist rate (in November 2023 was equivalent approx $55 USD per night). The attached cocktail bar/restaurant was great too, and the staff were friendly & helpful.

Rooms look a little tired in places, particularly the bathroom but honestly it’s a minor point and for the price it was great - we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a little basic but again, fine for the price.

Art everywhere. A working lounge exquisite. The BD Club, at the basement, is a trip to the Roaring Twenties with jazz, ragtime, excellent drinks and a very well decorated ambiance.

The air conditioner is very weak which made me keep the window open all night long, which made things very noisy. The rooftop bar was closed without previous notice.

Breakfast was great. At some points a little too crowded and the crew was slow in the replenishing part. Location is great, near to the subway C line and Retiro train station. Also, we walked from the hotel to Plaza de Maya. It's not really close, but we had a nice walk via Florida street that is a pedestrian path.

Even the windows have double glass the noise from the street was kind of louder than we would expected. Cable TV service is very basic so don't expect to watch movies in English.

Quality of the room, comfortable and well designed room space. Staff was super nice - friendly and personal. Excellent level of service. Internet access was easy, fast enough, no hassle connection.

Lack of outdoor access with pool closed. Rooftop area was open but not till evening, and not all days. Breakfast area was a bit cramped for space. Overall the hotel has a lot of open common space, it just isn't utilized as well as it could be.

All staff members were truly amazing--very friendly, professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The location was great for walking to most sights and taking a ferry to Uruguay. WiFi worked without any issues. Breakfast hours were great--until 10:30-11 am depending on the day of the week. The room and all the common areas were clean.

Breakfast was meh--eggs and coffee tasted weird, the sausage looked a bit questionable, and most breakfast items were gone an hour before closing. They were refreshing the plates, but very slowly--so going to breakfast early is recommended. Everything in the hotel was a bit outdated but well kept and functioning.

Very courteous service and good location near Teatro colon. Rooms were quite good and there are various areas inside the hotel to relax. Walking distance from many great facilities. Good value. They even offered a take-away complimentary breakfast at 4:00 am for our early morning flight :)

It was a little noisy at night.

The abundant and tasty breakfast. Excellent Location and access. Quiet area not noisy.The Room: The bathroom lacks some quality details. Access to excellent restaurants and bar. Interesting sky bar, very loud music.

There should be a modern plug that serves for different connections. It is difficult to read the floor numbers on the entrance, they are not legible and there is little light. You cannot regulate the temperature in the room, to cool down we had to open the window.

Great location, very stylish decoration, professional, helpful and lovely staff, very good breakfast. Really nice rooftop bar.

Slightly noisy at night with the traffic, but nothing major. It is central BA… a pity the swimming pool was not open yet.
