Excellent central location. Staff generally excellent. For a premium room, it was smaller than expected. Very comfortable. And quiet on 11th floor, but that had issues …. Bathroom fine until…

It was a hassle being on floor 11, when the majority of the lifts only go to floor 10! Yes, you could walk up the secirity exit stairs but…. I also had water coming through the bathroom one morning. No rain, and I was top floor so not a leak from above. In fairnesss, it was fixed within hours I also don’t understand in a city when they know that the majority of long haul overnight flights arrive early morning, tourist hotels do not make the effort to offer early check in? Hnging around until 3 pm to catch up on sleep is ……

Good hotel meeting all basic requirements located within 10-15 mins walking distance of Plaza de Mayo and approx. 30 mins walk to San Telmo which has a bohemian vibe and is very lively on Sundays. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Buses are frequent, cheap and seem to go just about anywhere in the city centre. However, it’s a hassle to find places that sell the “SUBE” card and top-ups are cash only. Worth the effort as getting buses saves time, are very cheap and save sore feet!

All good other than took ages to get hot water in shower!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The beautiful decor, spacious and spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast made for a perfect experience. The location is ideal—close to main attractions yet peaceful. The hosts were outstanding! Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation!

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for us--a lot within walking distance, subte and buses nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful every time we had a request or question! Breakfast was amazing--even better than the pictures on the website. We extended our stay in Buenos Aires and chose to keep staying at this hotel. I would recommend it and book it again next time we go.

Once housekeeping left us without toilet paper and another time no towels; however, there seemed to always be someone around and they quickly gave us what we needed when we asked.

Great fulfilling breakfast. Excellent Location- It's near to everything and the Room was comfortable. Kudos to Luciano (Lucho) Thierry and his wonderful reception staff. They always had a listening ear. Luciano (Lucho) is a very warm, congenial, and caring person. Every Hotel needs a Lucho!

Excellent location across the street from Galerias Pacífico mall. Walking distance from ferry. Good bed and bed linen. Ours was a double room and the dorm was separated from the bathroom and walking closet. Very convenient if you want privacy traveling with friends. If you don’t pay for breakfast there’s an excellent bakery at the corner.

There weren’t towels for two considering it was a double room. But we didn’t ask for extra towels.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great and facility was very clean. Location to Florida was great and plenty of restaurants near by.

It is time to remodel the bathrooms. Room 413 the sink sprayed water everywhere and the shower/bath leaked water on the floor. Used extra towels to clean up the water.

The staff were fantastic, they were really friendly and great in helping everything run smoothly. The location was great and the room and bathroom were a good standard.

It's a bit strange that there's no mattress protectors on the beds, that's usually fairly standard, but was the only minor thing.

Our room floor needed a bit more cleaning. It was dirty especially along the wall areas. It was as if they cleaned the main walkway areas but didn't bother cleaning close to the walls. I was not comfortable walking barefoot in the room.

It was written on Booking.com that NH hotel was going to charge us in US dollars. However, we were told in the hotel that it was only possible to pay in Argentinian pesos. This increased the price by around 20% taking into account the official exchange rate.
