This was a very good place to stay for the price point in the area. Room was very comfortable for my needs. Since I went in cold weather, the heater in the room worked well and the hot water was excellent. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

If possible, please pay with cash or if they can process your credit card in Argentine pesos (credit card companies use their own exchange rates). Because of the different exchange rates in Argentina, they charged me by making the conversion at the official Govt rate from Argentine peso to USD and then proceeded to use a US based payment processor for my credit card transaction. It was after the transaction that I spoke with staff to figure out how and and what rate I was charged in.

We got a room upgrade for free, BUT the catch is they have 9 floors while the elevator only reaches the 7th floor, so take that in mind. I do want to mention that the staff offered to take our luggage for us, but we preferred taking it 2 floors by stairs ourselves.

Breakfast is next door. You get a chit at the hotel desk & present it when your order is taken. There is a menu with at least 6 options. I had a room with a single bed. It was quite adequate for me, quiet, comfortable and I felt perfectly safe as a woman traveling alone. When the weather turned cold, I asked for an extra blanket & it was delivered that afternoon. The location is great. Many restaurants close by and a wonderful shopping mall within 3 blocks, easy to walk to. There is information on tours, if you are interested. I didn´t try any as I knew my way around. Good hot water. No problems with the wifi. As a bonus, it has an elevator that holds one or two people. It sure beats hauling luggage up flights of stairs. My room was on the 6th floor and there was at least one floor above mine.

The only thing that I wished they had was a grab-bar for the tub/shower, actually two, one to help get in & out of the tub & the other near the shower. You must climb into the tub which has high sides. If you like a tub bath, this would be great, you can almost swim in it. However, I am up there in age & like to have something to hang onto when using the shower.

Just be prepared for a very basic breakfast and a chilly bathroom. I'd recommend bringing extra layers to stay comfortable. Perhaps the hotel can address the heating issue in the bathrooms to significantly improve the guest experience.

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was next door at a small bistro. There was a reasonable choice on offer. Our luggage was stored while we had a couple of nights in Uruguay (although we did have to pay for it). Hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants, buses, metro and shopping districts.

I didn't like being woken twice one night (circa 2am and 4am) by people staying in the room next door hammering on the door, trying and failing to wake their room mates as they didn't have a key. **

This hotel was impeccable. From check in, during the stay,and check out staff were friendly and spoke exellent English. Rooms were spacious and clean and were serviced each day of my stay. Walking distance to the city centre and reasonable access to subway.

Included breakfast at coffee shop nearby could be improved. Minor criticsm, each room has a jug to boil and cups with some spoons. Might be nice if some packets of tea and coffee were included particularly for those who might arrive late or depart early.

Really enjoyed my stay at El Misti. Staff were very friendly. Let me keep some luggage there for a couple days. Breakfast was a couple of blocks away but very good. Room was very clean. Excellent central location. Able to walk everywhere. Only 10 minutes to Buquebus and Tienda Leon for transfer to and from Ezeiza. Other sights all a vey close walk as well. Great choice in BA.

Walls are a little thin. Could hear some loud people in a nearby room. Didn’t bother me though.

Dormitorio amplio e impecable. Terraza agradable.
