Beds are very comfortable and rooms are a good size. Breakfast was fine, though strangely included chicken nuggets and fried potatoes in the form of happy faces - North American kids would love it. Small gym is useful but couldn’t use an elliptical because it wasn’t plugged in. Very handy for taking the Buquebus ferries to or from Uruguay.

Not well soundproofed against the road noise, but if you have the AC on the white noise from that pretty much cancels the road noise.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and safe. Staff were very helpful answering questions. They even arranged our transportation when checking out. They had a few refrigerated cabinets with soda, water and other drinks and snacks for purchase which were very reasonable. We stayed two nights, purchased beverages and the taxi they booked for us was added to the hotel bill. All for under $250. You can’t beat it!

Beds were uncomfortable but not any worse than your average hotel.

I think you should invest in to have a better fitness center because is pretty small and not a lot of dumbbells and machines ..

It is very well located, right at the center of Puerto Madero neighborhood, near very good restaurants and interesting city spots

Simple place, not very much facilities for the guests

Staff was helpful. I was able to get refreshments before I head out to the airport. Outside temperature was 88 F. It was hot.

Temperature in the lobby and first floor refreshments area was a bit warm

Cynthia and Sophia were extremely helpful at the front desk. The morning breakfasts were very good and well presented.

Our ride to the airport was quite far and much traffic.

Breakfast was good, standard, but good quality. Tea coffee in the breakfast room was 24/7 which was really good.

Excellent staff, great location, perfect rooms and cleanest linens. This is our 6th time sting at this hotel and we just love it. Great breakfast.
