The location is excellent to explore the city. Bus stops for public transport are around the corner and main attractions around Plaza 5 Mayo can be explored walking. Security was good. Staff was friendly and patient. Everything was clean and working. The rooms are small, similar to London hotels, but have everything. Breakfast was good with everything needed, hot, cold, sweet and not, free water dispenser all day. If you expect the opulence of a 4 star hotel, think again.

It’s a tea drinker’s quirk: the cups are too small, mugs would be better. And a little more storage room with a full length wardrobe would make moving around the room easier.

Everything in this hotel were exceptional good. The stuff in reception was super kind and super fast during the check in and check out process. The room was super clear, comfortable, big with many comforts and new stuffs. The hotel is located close to the port but also close to the areas of Palermo and Recoletta. Too many restaurants and bars in the area close to the hotel. A great great choice!!!

The hotel should improve a bit the logistics for the breakfast. Stuff was a bit slow as a result there werent available plates or glasses / cups for coffee. Many of the choices had run out and the replacement was a bit slow ( if any). For their excuse the room was full of people so it might was a unlucky moment for me.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, close to the busy streets and close to Galarias Pacifico. Room and facilities were better than expected. A lot of taxi's in the area, so also nice to be on the move quickly.

Some of the staff members felt a little put off by the fact I spoke English, they always helped me though. The boss walking around seemed like he didn't like working here and was a little rude. Most of the other staff was fantastic and helpful. Especially Nicolas and Nicole.

Just a typical hotel of a city center. Too expensive for what it provides. Location is really good but the neighborhood was not so cool but it is ok! Breakfast was average but as it was our first day and first accommodation in Argentina we had the opportunity to have a first meeting with Argentinian typical tastes. It was an introduce their breakfast culture!

I would prefer the room to be more clean especially the bathroom where the lack of toilet brush was important. The low-ceilinged room made me feel strangely. The main disadvantage was the prices. It was disproportionate and for sure someone can find something better and cheaper!

The hotel is very well located in the center district. There are many places to eat around the hotel. The fitness room was well equipped. There is a working area which is very useful if you need to work during your stay. the breakfast was good.

Eventhough this is suppossed to be mainly a hotel for working and they even provide special spaces for that, the internet is really not good. It was difficult to use the wifi just for downloading files from emails, having calls was nearly impossible.

The hotel is located in the microcentro area, which facilitates reaching several attractions as they tend to be walking distance. It's also very easy to reach public transportation (either buses, the metro or, if one wants to visit Uruguai, the ferry that can take you there) as they are extremely close. Another bonus is the the fact that one can find several good restaurants close by, so, again, we are talking walking distance. The room was very confortable, clean, and had a small eating area as I have booked a studio. The staff is excellent, very nice, polite and very quick to sort out any problem that one may have (even, sometimes, when it is nothing related to the hotel). I also liked the decor very much. It's modern and it is mostly aimed at those who are in BA for work reasons so it has the necessary facilities (good internet connection, good coworking room, gym, efficient laundry service, etc.). Breakfast is varied and continental, and it starts being served at 6.30H (a.m.) on week days, which also facilitates the life of working guests.

1) very poor sound isolation - we we hearing people talking in a hall like there were no walls at all. We’re waking up at night because of this 2) the shower is designed in a way that the water sprinkles a lot on a bathroom floor, so you end up with a flood every time you take a shower (at least it was like this in our room)

Great hotel, with a very big and elaborate breakfast (most variety we had on our entire 10 day trip around Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay). We were a little worried about the noise because a lot of people stated that it was an issue, but we didn't experience noise at all. Our room was quiet and we got a great night sleep. Location is also great. We walked from the ferry to the hotel and then the next day we walked to Casa Rosado and San Telmo market. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Can't think of anything not to like. The only thing we had a slight challenge with was the outlet type in the room, they only have the slanted outlets unique to Argentina so make sure you have an adaptor with the skinny slanted prongs or you can leave your chargeables with the front desk and they will charge them for you as they have international plugs behind the desk.

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The staff were all very helpful. I typically don't like to check in online, but their system was easy. Room was good sized and comfortable.

The A/C worked during the night, but wouldn't work in the morning. The shower head was broken so only about half the water came out of it, the rest exited through the side of the shower head. The shower also leaked a lot to the bathroom floor.
