We originally booked a standard room but we did not know this meant no window!! I believe there is one room on every floor which is in a corner such that there is no window in the room. It didn't bother us on the first night as we arrived in late and just wanted to sleep but I struggle without natural light in my room. We asked reception if we can move rooms and they upgraded us free of charge! (Not sure they will always do this) Both rooms were clean and spacious It is a great location in the middle of Florida street which is the main shopping area but the room itself was quiet Just as an FYI the street is pedestrianised so if you get taxis you just have to walk 1 min to the side streets

Breakfast is good but it is a small spread and it is the same everyday

Excellent location, good breakfast - not too much variety but was ok for 5 mornings of our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and the cleaning service did its job properly every morning. Overall, no complaints

The water in the room was not free! It is for the first time that we are being charged for water in the room. Although in the room description it said there was an electric kettle, there was none, so we had to request it be brought to our room. And in general, the room lacked some basic stuff like proper cups or glasses (only two minuscule glasses which were of no use), paper tissues and free coffee/tea selection normally available in hotels of this range.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly.

The PILLOWS, they were flat and hard. The glasses in the room were the size of shot glasss. Could not cast our electronics to Smart TV, no English or any other language channels except Spanish.

Very good option when in Buenos Aires. Very nice location in the city center. Staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early having landed on a very early flight which was very appreciated. They also offer currency exchange and offer good rates (getting cash in Buenos Aires is very difficult right now).

Some of the facilities were a bit older and may be due for an upgrade.

Location, walk out the door onto the pedestrian-only Florida Street. Taxis and transfer vans stop at end of street but its a very short walk to hotel door. Hotel doormen super helpful. Younger front desk staff seemed more friendly and helpful than the older ones, not sure why, perhaps a racist thing, they may have thought we were English.

Restaurant menu was okay. Breakfast was okay, not great. Had to actually go find staff one time as they busy watching TV in the kitchen. Realize it was World Cup game, (not the final though). Got sick of seeing the World Cup soccer matches, often repeats, on the large TV screen in the restaurant especially at breakfast time.

We really liked the location. Although you had to walk from the street, the atmosphere is very nice. Plus, if you need to get a taxi to the airport, a staff member will assist you to the street to meet your taxi. The breakfast was really good! The bst part is the size of the room...it is perfect! Plus, we accidentally left a few items in the room when we checked out and they immediately brought it to our attention. Our bags were stuffed, so we opted to donate the clothing items we had to leave behind and we appreciated that too.

The pillows are very uncomfortable and have definitely seen better days. We actually had travel pillows with us for the plane and opted to use them instead. The walls are thin. We didn't have an issue sleeping, however, in the morning we woke up to the person next door hacking badly, and for a very long time...it was making us gag. We had to turn on the TV and then turn the volume up really loud to try to drown the person out...crazy!

Locations was good on calle Florida, main pedestrian street. Due to this, access by taxi/uber is not directly at the property, but really close. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big & comfortable, but furniture is quite old.

Breakfast. Really poor quality of products and not fresh

Hotel staff were excellent. Arranged for taxis to and from hotel, held our luggage when our flight was changed last minute and we arrived at 730am - hours before check-in and allowed us to check-in a little early, which we never requested.

Nothing it was great.

The friendly staff from all departments…front desk, bellman waiting staff etc. the front desk staff remembered and followed through … made you feel at home

There was not anything not to like …

The Hotel looks renovated, and in general the facilities looks clean. During the check in everything goes find but the check out, the person was very rude.

The sheets and towels look pretty old and extremely used.
