It was a last-minute booking, and we arrived very late at night from the airport. They made the check-in as fast as possible to allow us to rest and relax. The breakfast is very good with sweets and salty options, eggs and sausages, cakes, toasties, cereals, juice, coffee... They also have a laundry service that collects and delivers the clothes on the same day. The small workout studio has everything you need to exercise and move during your stay. Although our room was facing the street, it was quiet. They have good amenities in the bathroom and a very comfy bed. We left our bags in the reception on our check-out day to explore the city.

A great location close to restaurants and the historic docklands. The room and bathroom were excellent in being quiet, spacious, well appointed, with a smart decor and silent effective air conditioning. Plus the bed was large and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed my breakfast's as the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The front desk and room staff were helpful and professional.

No I don't have any complaints at all. It was the best hotel I stayed in during my five weeks in Argentina and Chile.

We stayed here only one night before heading to the airport. We arrived very late on a Saturday night and upon request the reception allowed us to have late checkout without charge. They also kept our bags while we were out exploring. The room was really big with a separate seating area with sofa and desk. There was also a small balcony. The breakfast was ok. They have coffee, hot water for tea and still water always available for guests in the breakfast area.

Breakfast was nice but like everywhere in South America ,there are a lot of sweet options. ‘Natural’ yoghurt usually means vanilla and it’s always sweetened. I managed to find some natural yoghurt in a health shop and then all was well- stored in fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge off the lobby, where it was nice to sit with a book. Plaza San Martin, a block away, is a pleasant place to walk and very pretty. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

One of the breakfast staff was ungracious about any requests, such as for a coffee cup. I had to re-login to the WiFi daily. Overall, it was a very good hotel choice.

The location was good. Close to a bustling pedestrian mall and near to the Ferry terminal for our early ferry to Montevideo. The elevator dropped is right off in front of our room but surprisingly we did not hear it or people getting on an off during the night.

Breakfast was a littel dull, and the coffee tasted strange to us - but it might just be a matter of differing coffee flavors from what we are used to.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful, Room was clean, well organized with good lighting. Location was good for access public transportation.

Breakfast was good, but no gluten free option was available during our stay. Our room was on the 10th floor and sometimes took 5-10min before we could get hot water in the bathroom.

Your internet connections in the room accommodations, I felt I was bothering your staff but they were So wonderful and smiling when I was apologizing for my wanted them to help my husband and I with Rebooting our hearing aids.

The location of Principado Downtown was great for getting to all areas of the city and being able to quickly grab a taxi. A lovely breakfast buffet was provided each morning which really helped us get a great start on our day.

The staff could have been a bit more helpful with information about how to get places or make reservations. The fitness center was OK but not great. Could have been cleaner.
