You will not be disappointed in this recently refurbished hotel. The traditional facade of the hotel does not give anything away about the contemporary architecture inside. The atrium inside lets you look right to the top with each floor decorated with supersize modern pictures of famous people. The rooms are spacious and light with high ceilings, big windows and a huge mirror. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This is a fantastic location and in easy walking distance to the Obelisk and all the shopping areas if that is what you want. There are plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. For those who fancy a trip to Uruguay, the Buquebus ferry terminal is not more then 10min walking distance away. If we were to go back to Buenos Aires we would certainly stay there again.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

It was in a convenient location and was more reasonable than others closer to the historic area. The staff were very nice & helpful. They let us have a half nightly charge so we could stay in our room until leaving for the airport. Rooms are spacious. Right in the heart of upscale shopping - Pacifico Galleries

As with most hotels in Buenos Aires, they do not provide complementary bottled water even though they do not recommend drinking the hotel water.

Amazing high ceilings in a very old colonial building. Very European. Hard wood floors, big comfortable bed. Beautiful art on all the common area walls. Well updated. Balcony. Great staff. We arrived early from a cruise ship and were allowed to check in right away. Quiet. Great full breakfast included.

Handles on sink were hard to turn. Shower was a tub combo and tub was slick. No grab bars. No facial tissues available.

The location es very good, next to shopping mall Galerias Pacifico, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is pretty safe, taking in consideration Buenos Aires is a big city.

The bathroom is quite small for the size of the room, pretty sure it is an old refurbished building. The breakfast could have been better, it is located in a basement. The room was very loud from the outside, I suggest better balcony door insulation.

Location is pretty good as far as staying in the Capital of Buenos Aires goes. Also, not too far away from the Newbury airport helps. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Wished the breakfast could start a bit earlier than 7AM, but that's a minor thing given that I had to leave earlier towards Colonia Express.

The location is great and the breakfast was very nice. The staff were fine but the lady on the morning shift was exceptionally helpful.

I think having such things as instructions and room service menus in English as well as Spanish would be helpful. Also , the room service was allegedly until 10pm, but it was actually 9pm. Only a small gripe.

The location is perfect. The staff (señorita Vanina) were kind and very helpful , giving us all the information we asked about tours, restaurants and museums. The hotel has a very special decor that pleased us.

The instability of the wifi inside the room.

We really like this place. Staff all very friendly and willing to help for anything customers ask for. The building has an "ancient" outside, but modern inside. Room is comfortable. And I have to point out, the art work displayed through out the building are fantastic! The location is superb. Close to everything and very convenient.

A chair in the room would be helpful to use the table space in case someone stays there for work. Additional power outlet on night stand would be great so that I don't have to unplug the table lamp to plug in my charger. A night light in the bath room would also help during the night.

The location was perfect! The room was big enough and the staff was very friendly. Especially the guy at the reception when we arrivef midnight helped us soo much. He even let us have a late checkout because we are going to have a long flight the day we check out.

The breakfast venue is in the -1 floor with no windows. It was not nice and not how you expect from a Wyndham hotel.

Excellent location and beautiful place

Always the same breakfast. I recently mend if you are staying longer than 2 nights to don’t pay extra for breakfast is always the same. We ended up having breakfast outside and spending additional money because we got tired of repeating.
