Fantastic location, Front Desk was very helpful and understanding. I had a lovely bedroom (including decor)/ bathroom, great reception area and beautiful entrance and building exterior.

Too noisy, I could hear everything (elevators doors sound,squeaky floor as I walked in the rom, people walking in the room above, bathroom sounds from next door people doing their toilet business and loud toilets refilling) about me in the evening and at night.

Room was clean.

The exercise bike was an embarrassment to a fine hotel like the Claridge. It was physically falling apart and the electronics did not work so there was no adjustment on level possible. It seriously looked like something you would put outside your building hoping the trashman would pick it up. I had to pay $50 to join a Megatlon gym for the week in order to work out. There was a treadmill but with two knee replacements, I am not allowed to run as my mode of endurance exercise.

Breakfast costs $24. It could offer more options such as fruits, protein sources, skim milk, and diet yogurt. We had to leave the room at 3 a.m. to catch our flight, and there was no power. My suggestion is that the hotel ensures the room telephone remains functional during power outages, so it can be used for emergencies.

Charming and comfortable. Yes it's a bit tired but we loved the overall charm of the hotel. Loved having the outdoor space .. we stayed in the Kent room. Very central and accessible for the activities we booked.

No tea or coffee facilities but we now know that this is very common in Argentinan hotels. There were local coffee shops though so not a major for us

The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the food was good in the restaurant. Staff were pleasant even though l could not speak lthe language.

When using the taps in the bathroom, for some reason, it would always show water on the floor something was leaking taps or waste, and at night, you got a smell coming through the waste pipe hence having to keep door closed, and having to open window ,building is dated and needs a lot of work behind the seems even some of the wood work in the restaurant needs attention.

Hotel is a beautiful building with a very classic romantic feel. The rooms have not been cared for as much as the lobby area, our room looked very tired and worn. However the bed was comfortable, the staff were great and the building itself was lovely. The location is great.

Very convenient location. Good size rooms and very comfortable beds. Extremely helpful staff with excellent breakfast and a good bar.

In its glory days, it would have been a truly glamorous hotel, sadly now a little run down, but don't let that deter you. Value for money.

nice hotel in a great location in the center of the city, great breakfast, they help me a lot with storage for my luggage when I was traveling around south America, helpful and friendly staff

there was mosquitos in my room even when I never open my window ...was not great option for sleeping with them around

Very receptive and helpful staff. Old but clean and well mantained rooms with confortable beds.

Bathroom leaked if bathtub was open to empty to quickly and there was no notice. Neighborhood in general did not feel safe at night, even if it was close to Calle Florida.

Very clean room. Staff was very helpful -especially getting shuttles to/from the airport. Right next to a shopping district and very close to most of the mid-city attractions (nothing more than about 15 minutes via Uber).
