My room was clean and tidy and a good size. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The walls were so thin that I could hear the people in the next room talking or when they were in the shower. This was very annoying, especially when the people in the next room were talking late at night when I was trying to sleep.

Great location - very central and close to Lavalle and Florida walking streets, restaurants, touristic places etc. The breakfast was great with a good variety of foods to choose from. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good internet connectivity.

Perfect location to be in the middle of all the major sites, yet still quiet so you could sleep soundly at night. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and extremely helpful.

The weather. Cold and dreary with periods of rain, but what can you do? It was winter.

This was my second time staying at 474 Buenos Aires Hotel, and it was just as nice as the first time. The staff is still really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. There are also a lot of dining, sightseeing and transportation options within walking distance of this hotel.

The only thing missing was a gym/fitness center, unless I missed it. Oh, and I think a fan in the bathroom would be helpful.

The shower drain in my room filled up quickly and I had to call the hotel staff to fix it.

Location in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires is hard to beat. The hotel is on a quieter street - so it's not noisy at night - but you are still close to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, attractions, etc. The breakfast is decent with fruit, pastries, juices, and hot meals (eggs, fried rice, empanadas, etc.). Internet works great. Bed is comfortable. Hot water in shower. A/C works well. Staff is very friendly.

There are not many amenities available. The gym is a separate facility that the hotel will give you a pass to access. Lobby is small (and gets noisy). There's nowhere else to go besides breakfast restaurant floor, lobby, and bedroom. No place to work or hang out in the hotel besides the bedroom and lobby.

Modern spacious lovely room. Very comfortable bed with good linen. Smart TV, kettle and iron were appreciated. Excellent location in shopping district with abundance of restaurants and cafes. Short walking distance to tour buses. Friendly helpful staff.

Location is good. It's at the center and historical area of the city so most of the tourist spots are walking distance or just 10-20 mins by cab. The breakfast is a surprise because from its appearance as a small hotel (the lobby is not eye-catching) we did not expect the dining area to be a beautiful space with several choices of the food. The Staffs are friendly and helpful.

1. The shower is a bit hard to have the temperature being fixed at not-too-hot range.... always too hot for us. 2. We're offered early check-in (which we're very grateful) but just after we checked-in and we're still in our room, the housekeeping maid suddenly opened our room with her card. Although after we complained to her and the concierge we got apology from the concierge saying it's a mistake, this incident is still making us feel 'unsafe' for the first night we stayed there.

The location was convenient. Nice and comfortable hotel, good breakfast. Our room was really nice and big. Good shower. Everyone really nice

The carpet on the floor was dirty (i could see it in my babys legs/feet when crawling) and the minibar had fungus. The hotel only accepts pesos even though Booking.com said I will be charge in USD. Finally, and due to our bank, we ended paying much more than the price expected. But I suppose this is not the hotels fault.
