This hotel is hands down amazing, clean, staff great, food and drinks....centrally located to everything.

The only reason I didn't give this place a 10 was that there was no AC, and they turned the fans off that circulate air around 2-5 AM. They moved us to a new room, thinking it would be cooler and were told to open the window. Well, the only issue with that was the city never sleeps...I'm sure you get where I'm going. They tried, and I would recommend not coming here in their Autum if you like being on the cooler side at night without all the noise from your window being open.

Very good hotel near everything at Buenos Aires. The room was cozy and extremely clean.

The environment is the historical downtown of the city, so it may be a little hard to find good options for dinner and leisure at night. There is also a permanent insecurity sensation in the neighborhood, but I had the impression that Buenos Aires in 2025 was safer than it was about the last few years. On the accommodation: the room, including the bathroom, is tiny, very tiny, it was impossible to take a bath without wet the surroundings, and I retain the bed space too small for two people (a couple, for instance). It would be perfect for a single person, by the way. But I have to emphasize, the hotel is great, the rooms are brand new, and, as a whole, the hotel definitely deserves a visit.

The property is situated in an excellent central location, offering exceptional value for money. The staff is both courteous and accommodating.

The air conditioning in the room operates inconsistently, and there was noticeable water dripping in the bathroom during the night, which could be heard from the room. A few days later, we stayed in a different room within the same hotel, and encountered no such issues. It appears that the quality and experience of the stay may vary depending on the specific room assigned.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. However the scrambled eggs were not always hot or even warm. Breakfast staff were very good. Really enjoyed the conversation area on our floor allowing us to meet with friends.

Room storage could be much better even within the existing space. Minimal drawer space, no suitcase stands. Bathroom arrangement.ent good, but again MINIMAL place to put toiletries. Why not bring the sink platform to the.wall. Why so little shelving under the sink? Why NO PLACE to hang a bathrobe or wet.towels. There was plenty of.wall space for both. Wi Fi was great on main floor, inconsistent in our.room.

I loved Emanuel in the front desk, what an amazing person, made us feel welcome and made the process very easy. We liked the bed, it was extremely comfortable. We also liked the room distribution.

I don´t think I can remember a worse shower than the one on this hotel. Not only the water pressure is virtually non existing, the temperature shifts with no notice. A 10 minute shower meant 8 minutes of boiling hot water and me waiting for it to come back down to human levels for 2 minutes, then with no notice it was hell again. Even when set to cold the water temperature was boiling hot.

Nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast was compact but still enough options. Staff was very nice and accommodating. A small nuisance was solved quickly(see below).

One of the rooms was right above the entrance which was quickly exchanged for a quiet room higher up (which we had requested initially). Location is in a business district so very quiet in the weekends and further away from sights to see however taxis can be flagged easily or staff can get one for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were modern and renovated. Everything was very clean. Staff was very helpful, specially at reception. Breakfast was much better than we expected. We needed a place close to the port so this hotel was an excellent choice for us. I would definitely come back

Hotel is updated and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Staff helpful with directions and maps.

The food in their restaurant was awful. After one meal, I couldn’t eat their food. Luckily, there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location to central business district and La Florida. Excellent rooms and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone and just needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay and I stayed in one of the rooms with a single bed - it was plenty of room, very clean/modern, and great price.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel or my experience staying here.

Rooms are modern and nice decor. Breakfast was good too

- the room was overlooking courtyard and had no daylight - was given twin beds despite specifically requesting one big bed - staff was not considered and did not even ask how was my stay upon check out - as I was staying during the weekend, I didn’t like the location. Everything around was closed and felt deserted.
