Fabulous location right in downtown Buenos Aires. Everything else was fine!

A paint job & some updating of facilities would make this hotel appealing for many more people.

I booked a private room, with a double bed, with shared bathroom. The room is basic and tiny but big enough for 2 people, and it comes with a fan. The bed is large, with a fair enough good mattress. For this room, you share with the whole floor, 3 bathrooms that comes with a power shower, with hot water, a toilet and a sink. They are functional but definitely need a proper full refurbishment. All were clean through. It was not an issue for me, but you can face some waiting during peak hours. Access to a limited kitchen (microwave only). The WiFi is good. No breakfast options. Towels are provided upon request. The WiFi is good. Located in the center of the hip and happening district of Lavalle. Many drinking/food place options nearby. 100m away from metro Lavalle The staff (Maxi, Alejandro, Yoanna) is very friendly. The cleaning lady, Beatriz, is super sweet and helpful. I would recommend this place for a short stay only, as the bathrooms need a proper full refurbishment.

Bedding was dirty and this is very important- the mattress was very stained and the sheets could have been cleaner.

the staff was great even if they have to show face to that place, it also has a great location
