We had booked a room with two separate beds but at first they gave us a room with a double bed. When we mentioned it they immediately changed our room and the new one was much bigger and had a window on the street side. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had the opportunity to prepare our breakfast and some meals. The area is quiet and safe, relatively close to metro stations.

The building is old and this is evident in the common areas and in the rooms. We did not use the pool, it seemed clean but there were a lot of people most of the time.

Great location, very clean and you could request for room service. Staff was very quick to respond. WiFi was fast. The TV was a smart TV.

Incomplete kitchen … there weren’t any cutting boards or a dish rack for washed dishes. There were also containers for salt/sugar but they were empty. It would also be great to have a broom to clean up after ourselves for longer stays.

The staff was friendly and highly welcoming. Service was excellent. I also like the location near a lot of attractions within walking distances.

The room I was in faced the central courtyard which seem to amplify sounds coming from upstairs somewhere especially at around 8:30 to 9 AM.

I loved the entrance to the hotel from the street. The street itself is not busy, which is great, the pavement is wide, the entrance doors are large. You enter the hotel without any step and there is a large and airy hall with many sofas at the reception and a small restaurant. We had many bags and were really tired, but all this made check in process very enjoyable. We changed a few rooms during our stay, some of the rooms were very nice, with big windows, facing the street. This is life changing, as it gives so much light and air to the room and makes your stay very enjoyable! -Extremely comfortable beds. -Bath tubs -nicely done kitchen -extremely clean rooms -wardrobe

Some of the rooms had small or no windows, or windows facing the other rooms, which are very close to each other. This alone immediately makes you feel awful and depressing. Without a proper day light I cannot appreciate all other benefits of the room. Some of the rooms require renovation. Wall paint is dirty.

Service by staff was amazing (Gonzalo) is a great guy!!! Room is spacious, kitchenette great, a/c amazing, location awesome, bed very comfortable and bathroom very nice (hot water). Security in amd out of building was the best Ive experienced in my travels. I give it a 10!!

Noisy in the mornings if you stay facing Suipacha St.

It was a cozy and warm bedroom and it was worth the money - the location is super, near two metro stations, beautiful surroundings. But in a overall, it was a beautiful and affordable stay in Buenos Aires!

The elevator is old and slow, sometimes taking 3 minutes to close and go to next floor, and also the internet was not good in our room. We had to use the cellphone in the bathroom to access the internet. It also didn't have a VAT tax refund for tourists or even an orientation about that.

excellent central location, close to all transports , can walk to most sights otherwise bus 152,45 at door step. clean comfortable bed, full equip kitchen, good layout. nice pool with life guard to chill in the afternoon. second stay here one year apart.

The location of the hotel was incredibly practical for my purposes. The rooms were comfortable and there was a wardrobe, which was fantastic. We had no breakfast at the hotel.

A Great apartment lots of space . Big sitting room good sized twin room and bathroom.. and a kitchen also..

Not able to log on to my netflix account on the smart TV.. Internet a bit glichy at times.. on line check in.. having to send my photo and passport photo a bit complicated really..
