Very clean hotel. The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is complete and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool is not too deep and was perfect for my kids. They were very happy about the pool. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel which is very convenient.

The staff is great but when I got there my booking seemed to be lost and my room was not ready. The hotel had a confirmation email of my booking but could not find it in their system. Even though I had a confirmation from booking.com for a late checkout at 2p.m. (one of the main reasons I selected the room), they had to give me a different room and my checkout was at 12p.m. Apart from this, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was tasty and varied, but it was the same every day. Staying for 14 days, this became a bit repetitive.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Natalia and Alexander. The room was extremely large and comfortable. The included breakfast, while not too fancy, was delicious and serving staff were very friendly. We had dinner in their restaurant one night and the food was delicious.

The rooms could do with a makeover but this didn't detract from our stay. There are only 2 small lifts so we had to wait a while when large groups arrived. Not as many restaurants and bars in the area as other parts of Buenos Aires.

The location is great as well as the staff working at the hotel. The breakfast is very good, butr could be a little bit better. The room is very good, large, but could be more modern, for example.

I liked everything but it could be more sophisticated and modern.

Excellent and attentive staff, rooms were comfortable with lots of space and the location is perfect for the city. Great restaurants near by and easy to walk to the centre’s hot spots.

The property is centrally located with a very accommodating and helpful staff. They were always ready to answer any questions one might have about making your way around Buenos Aires.

The rooftop is under renovation so I was not able to use the pool, etc. The project is supposed to be completed by early December.

The room. It was simply superb. Since we had booked a suite for three adults, our expectation was already high. But the suite that we stayed in, was almost an apartment with separate drawing and bedrooms, sofa set with centre-table, dining space and dining table, reading table, a large balcony, split air-conditioners in both drawing and bed rooms, two separate full-fledged bathrooms, large wall cabinets, et al. Since our stay was for a very short duration (we had a stopover at Buenos Aires, enroute New York), we could not enjoy our stay t the fullest.

Although we had complimentary breakfast included in the price, we were not served with the same as we had to leave the hotel at wee hours in the morning (4:00 am). The hotel also didn't offer anything in lieu of that.

The Premium Superior Suite was spacious. We stayed 4 nights. The bed was comfortable.

The decoration & furnishings were a little dated. The breakfast salads were limp & didn’t look fresh. The breakfast selection was ok.

Room furniture is somehow old, but the room itself is wide and with large balcony. The pool did not work, breakfast has a short offer. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed
