We stayed in a superior room with a balcony. Very nice and unexpected how nice the balcony was for sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. You are centrally located in the business district of the city. Very nice Mall was 100 meters away. Numerous good places to eat within a few blocks. Hotel offers money exchange at reception. very nice pool and sauna in the basement which I thought was very unusual location, but actually very nice and well thought out. We were scheduled to start our Hurtigruten Antartica Cruise from the Sofitel hotel the first night of the cruise. They gather everyone there and then bus you out at 3 AM back to EZE airport for a charter flights to Ushuaia. We wanted to explore BA for a few days and this hotel is less than a 100 meter walk between their respective entrances so super convenient to make the switch and so much more affordable/value than Sofitel. Cab ride from EZE airport to hotel will cost you $30-40 and take 35-70 minutes depending on traffic when you arrive. Other airport near downtown is only 15 min ride but this airport only serves domestic flights so super convenient for a day trip up to Iguazu Falls. So worth seeing this natural wonder.. Don't book the $950/pp day trip. You can book flight on JetSmart for less than $200/pp round trip. Park entrance tickets you can buy on-line or there and are $20/pp. Cabs are waiting in line at airport to take you there another $20. Ask for a driver who speaks a little english and arrange for him to pick you up for return to airport. Takes about 3.5-4 hours to walk the upper and lower loops on the Argentina side. We had time to use before our return flight departed so our driver took us into town to a very nice restaurant, picked us back up at prescribed time then took us to the 3 corners where you can see 3 countries borders meet then back to airport for $40.

Breakfast was more continental like serving only one hot item, scrambled eggs. The Fruit, Juice, Rolls, bread and cereal selections were good.

The atmosphere and the area are top! The room was spacious and the staff is the best (Andrés and Arturo are the kindest and most attentive). I loved that they respect my do not disturb sign (as I tend to keep everything as clean as possible until I leave).

My room has some stains on the carpet and the desk chair, which takes away the style of the whole ambience, but I think those are details that can be solved —it didn’t bother me as long as everything else worked and the service was good.

We stayed here as a cheaper pre-cruise option, with it being only a very short walk (just round the corner) to the Sofitel /cruise checkin. Handy having little supermarket across the way and one of the hop on hop off bus lines ran along the end of Libertador street. Breakfast simple and good.

The restaurant was very limited and there were times at the end of my meeting that I would have liked to have a quiet dinner and not to go out but that was not possible

Very acceptable , good location. Could a couple more choices and natural juices . The bread selection was a bit poor Carpeting in the rooms is old and very worn out , with lots of ugly stains . Should be removed .

Very clean place, the bed was very comfortable and although some days I would get up late the staff would always clean my room. For someone coming back from Patagonia the sauna and pool were excellent

The concierge who checked us in when we arrived late due to transportation difficulties was very friendly and courteous. The ground floor courtyard was lovely. We loved being there in the evening and at breakfast. Finally, the location was excellent.

It’s too bad the water feature and its lighting in the courtyard we’re not functional during our stay. We’re sure it would have added much to the beauty and mood of the space.

Great location plus there’s a bottle shop, small supermarket and a fruit & vegetable shop across the road. The breakfast is satisfactory. The staff are pleasant and were extremely helpful when a tour operator failed to come and pick me up for a tour. They don’t offer meals other than breakfast but I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very nice. I liked the room. I wish there had been some English language news channels available. Especially Fox News. Also, ESPN Sports would have been nice.

I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until around 11:30 to check-in to a room. I understand it is sometimes difficult to have a room available for an early check-in, so this is not a huge complaint.
