The bed was very comfortable

The elevator was small and you have to wait a long time sometimes. Street facing rooms are noisy when there is traffic or trucks outside loading and unloading. Fortunately the road is not a very trafficked one.

The place is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and more than enough for two people. The facilities are excellent, offering everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It’s cozy, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The soundproofing is practically nonexistent—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the corridor. It can be quite disruptive if you're looking for peace and quiet during your stay

The staff was reallly friendly and helpful. Very nice location, within walking distance to several attractions.

It was a bit inconvenient to have to pay for the breakfast everyday when I was going to have it. I would prefer to do it beforehand or when checking out. It would have been better if the cleaning staff went to the room at the same time every day. But I need to add that they were understanding and helpful, and when I needed they went there again at a different time.

Location in very good, at the heart of Recoleta neighborhood. The hotel has been refurbished, so the environment is quite pleasant. Staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms have a reasonable space. Breakfast is good.

Elevators are quite small, loud and sometimes don't work properly. The space to have breakfast is a bit small. Walls are not sound proof, so it can get a bit noisy inside the room.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. You can change money at the front desk which is super helpful in Argentina. They gave us a subway card to load. They even let us store our luggage there 2 weeks after our stay when we returned from our cruise with a flight that didn’t leave until midnight so we could see more of the city. The service was amazing! The staff really went above and beyond which helped our trip go smoothly. The breakfast was really good too.

The location is good with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size and clean with a pleasant bathroom.

Unfortunately a requested early checkin after a very long flight was not available. They had warned us it might not be possible but it was disappointing. There were missing touches and odd things that showed a lack of customer understanding. We were given a plastic room key and told the number but with no number on it. The lift had no indication of whether it was coming or which floor it was on. There were four standard lamps in the room which could only be switched off by unplugging them. There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. Maybe I expect too much?

Location was great, could walk to lots of places. Room was fine, breakfast had lots of selection and always replaced items quickly when they ran out. Front desk staff were all extremely friendly and informative. Great that they will change money at the front desk.

The elevators were awful. Rarely did both of them work, mostly because one is very old fashioned and has an inner door (concertina type) that needs to be closed again after you get out otherwise the elevator will not move from that floor. There is a small notice on the door saying “close this door” but people obviously didn’t read it and no instructions were given at check in about the fact that it won’t move for the next person if the door is left open. A few times the other elevator, which had an automatic door, seemed to be stuck on Level -1.

This is a small hotel but with comfortable rooms. It is needing better maintenance and improved housekeeping: we were in a group of five couples and 3 had problems( TVs, plumbing,etc) . Better sound insulation is also needed. Breakfast area is minuscule and understaffed.

The location is very good - in the center of a beautiful district Recoleta, and 15mins walk from Teatro Colombo. The rooms were very carefully cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast because we wanted to get out and check cafes in the nearby area. The elevators were tiny but I assume it’s the specificity of buildings in this area.

The location is near the diplomatic area and very close to everything. The staff is very nice.

The pillow is a little hard. The hotel does not provide anything for boiling hot water. Instead you have to pay for the drinking water in the refrigerator which is about $3.5 US dollar per bottle.
