Comfortable, spacious, stylish, well equipped two bed apartment in upscale inner city residential area location with decent hotel breakfast taken in pleasant room by inner courtyard garden to rear. We liked this model. Great neighbourhood and around the corner from Recoleta Cemetery and the starting point for hop-on-hop off bus tours. Reasonable public areas with comfortable seating. Staff very helpful and good humoured. Near shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets too.

Our apartment was a front facing lower floor, so perhaps a little too much traffic noise to have the patio doors open or sit outside, but, didn't bother us very much over a short stay.

Breakfast with view on garden , nice variation of food. Location was perfect for my trip. safe and quiet. appartment was clean with good home service. large space with two bedrooms. Overall the stay was very satisfying

one lift for a more than 12 floors building. staff don't speak english. same breakfast everyday.

The location is impecable. The apartment is ample and convenient, with a full kitchen and two independent suites. It's the third time I am staying here and will continue to, although the units are dated it's still a very good value for money.

The units are quite dated and the furnishing rather sparse.

rooms were clean with daily service. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. All the staff were very helpful and very accommodative to our requests

water bottles at check-in would be nice. paper towel in the kitchen would be a good add. maybe a stretch but maid service for dishes would be great.

Breakfast was good but usually hot food would be gone quickly.

But a hotel bar in the breakfast area so guest could hang out and have a drink while waiting for friends in other rooms to meet up.

Great location. Easy walking distance to Recoleta cemetary and lots of restaurants, tourist bus etc. Large spacious well equipped apartment. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff really helpful and welcoming.

The front desk staff were functional only - could be friendlier.

Location in great. You have everything nearby, e.g., supermarket, coffee shops, fine restaurants, etc. breakfast was good with the ladies ready to prepare an omelete, scrambled eggs. The building is kind of old but everything works fine in the unit stayed. Friendly guys at the front desk with good tips about the city.

The department was way bigger and more comfortable than expected. One main bedroom and two additional, with two baths, living, and kitchen. Excellent location, in the heart of Recoleta; spotlights at walking distance. Warm and kind staff especially in the breakfast room.

The receptionist was not friendly, but it was not a big deal either.

The location is really good, close to the either Palermo on one side and downtown in the other. You can find good places for dinner, coffee or ice cream close to it. The service was good, the people at the breakfast was very nice.

I think the rooms are a little bit old, they can be renewed. Also the gym need some new equipment, other that that the place is good
