It is a very beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff! The hotel is located in an old mansion, with an amazing staircase in the lobby! The sauna and Jacuzzi in the room are simply amazing:)

It was my birthday on the day of departure, and I received a compliment in the form of a cake for breakfast, but we had already had a hearty breakfast by that time. I asked to take out, but I was not allowed to take it out of the hotel. They told me I could finish it in my room. I didn't expect such pettiness from such a luxurious hotel

Hotel needs renovation, breakfast was a bit poor and repetitive, too hot in the winter garden but the weather in Buenos Aires was a bit unbearable at the time.

Classical elegance of the Buenos Aires of the Belle Époque. Very well attired, comfortable small hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The location is excellent, in the heart of Recoleta, close to everything. The restaurant is top notch, and the lovely bar very charming. Highly recommended.

Hard to say, but maybe the buffet breakfast could use more variety in fruit, cold cuts and breads.

Right in the heart of recoleta , close to beautiful shops and restaurants/ bars. The hotel is steeping in history making it a very special place to stay. The staff were incredible, so helpful and polite . The breakfast was comprehensive and nothing was too much to ask the kitchen. The bedrooms are a great size, wonderful beds and lovely bathrooms with big baths. Could not fault this hotel and would definitely come again!

The staff was amazing and hospitable. We were upgraded to a premium room, which was was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. the buffet breakfast had a large selection and food was delicious. Recoleta cemetery is a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. There are corner stores and restaurants within walking distance as well.

There is nothing I disliked. This property exceeded my expectations.

Front desk staff was excellent. Flor and Lu were attentive and knowledgeable. Natalia and Juan were nice and compassionate. Helped me bring my dizzy partner to the room. Location is perfect

Breakfast can have some more variety. Better fruit selection Internet can be weak sometimes

a nice small property in a great location to get to museums and other attractions, like the famous cemetery. Close to a cambio for exchanging currency as well as a wine shop and other shops with necessities and niceties.

Not an expansive breakfast spread as we found at most other places we stayed in Argentina. The egg preparation throughout Argentina was different than in the States - they like them less cooked. This is not a complaint, but rather a note so if you like your eggs more done you'll know to request them that way!

I especially appreciate the gorgeous, bright atrium in which breakfast was served. Breakfast was terrific, with many healthy choices and delicious homemade rolls and pastries. Those with an appetite for a bigger meal could order it. The staff in reception and the restaurant were very pleasant and professional. I especially liked the large rooms and lovely, modern bath. The hotel maintained some of its historical charm and had an old world feel to it, but modern facilities.
