Excellent location, nice facilities, very cordial staff

The breakfast were very repetitive - identical from one day to the next. The internet access was spotty at best. Finally, charging a few EUR for each Nespresso capsules left a feeling of cheapness from the management. We have stayed at multiple 5-star hotels in which Nespresso machines were available. This is the first hotel in which the complementary coffee in the room is not complementary. One has to pay for each capsule (and by the way it is not written anywhere that it is the case), but not for the tea bags… This is not a cheap hotel for BsAs standards, and offering a couple of capsules a day would have been a nice token.

Loved this hotel. Newly refurbished and perfectly clean, nice interiors, great shower. Very good breakfasts. Quiet location. Yet most important is the personnel, extremely warm and welcoming. A big thank you to all the staff for the attention to the guests. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I should be in Buenos Aires. Thank you so much again.

We stayed several days before a cruise and wanted to stay again for a few days afterwards. Sadly, We couldn’t do so because the hotel was closed for expansion and renovation. In truth a trim panel was loose in our room and there were a few very minor cosmetic items so it makes sense. Still, we would have gladly stayed again.

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom with king bed. The Staff was super friendly with my kids all the time and very helpful 24/7. The breakfast is excellent and very well-located. Walking distance to some attractions, good restaurants, gelatos, and more.

The hotel location was wonderful; convenient to all we wanted to see. Breakfast was lovely with a great food selection. Nice gym. Very capable and accommodating staff.

There is construction going on in the building next to the hotel. While the staff alerted us to this, there was some construction during the day (when we needed naps due to jet lag). This too shall pass.

Beautiful safe Hotel in the popular Recoleta Neighbor hood of the city. Staff friendly especially Malena and Guido. They were so kind and went above and beyond. There was security, it felt very safe. Also buy breakfast!!! the Breakfast was awesome and a buffet.

I thought the expresso in the room was complimentary but I owed 6 dollars for the coffee the next day. The restruant in the hotel was overpriced and dinner was so-so. However someone ordered afternoon tea and that looked amazing. Also the showere would not turn off and took over an hour for somene to come up.

Great location, really good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, decent value, comfortable beds. nice gym. Not a huge hotel so nice atmosphere. Free water in room. Reception Booked taxis for us which was helpful.

Charge for the coffee pods wasn’t explained to us, nor was it indicated in the room.

Great location within easy walking distance of many tourist destinations. It was great having a pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing and quiet rooms to get a good nights rest.

The bed required a mattress cover to protect the mattress and to provide a better level of comfort.

The price is too high for the hotel. With what we paid, we expected a very luxurious hotel which this is not. The hotel is good enough for stay. I just feel that we were charged too much.

This a nice hotel with very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and the location in Recoleta is very good. Restaurants and shops are walking distance in a safe neighborhood. The breakfast was included in our rate and it was good enough for us.

We checked in on Saturday and everything was great until Monday morning when we woke up by the construction noise on the building next door. I understand there's not much the hotel can do but at least they should give a heads up to customers staying in rooms next to this building. The
