The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was available longer than expected, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. However, the hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The air conditioning works but is somewhat noisy. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay there again.

Everything went well; room ok, location very good, breakfast very good, room good.

Somehow I could not get wifi; the staff tried to help but it was of no use, they started blaming my cell phone, .I had to cross the street and do my wifi calls in the Bonafide coffee shop. I dont know what was the cause, my cell phone worked everywhere else that provided wifi, from a shoe shiners booth, to every store, shop, mall. and even parks. Will I go back, no , i need my wifi for business, and without wifi facility I'll have to look elswhere.

we like the location because it is near beautiful places to go walking. the unit we took is really comfy it had a great view of the city. restaurants are just around any corner .

We expected a parking place included . The rate es expensive for NOT HAVING A PARKING PLACE FOR THE CLIENTS SO ITS A LOW POINT FOR THIS PLACE. In top of that its hard to find parking nearby.

The Breakfast served was wonderful, a huge spread with wide variety to fit everyone's tastes. The room was great and good location for walking to see a lot of the town and area. They arranged transfer from airport which worked flawlessly and transfer to port to catch ship, on time and great. Stella at the front desk who had been with the Hotel for 25 years was so valuable. Changed money for us a great rate, suggested stores when we needed specific items and always there to help.

The carpet in the room could have used a good cleaning but didn't really detract from our experience. That's the only thing I can think of that needed attention. We'd stay there again. Staff and facility are a GREAT value.

Excellent value for money. Good buffet breakfast was included. Staff spoke good English and reception staff were particularly helpful. Centrally situated in Buenos Aires. Convenient for walking to local tourist venues and a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. I had a standard room without a view but it was very quiet and the air-conditioning worked effectively. On leaving a private limousine was ordered for my airport transfer instead of a taxi at the same price as for a local taxi.

Presently being renovated. Decor is a bit outdated. I would rate this hotel as 3* rather than 4*. I would return again.

The breakfast was sparse. There were no clean plates -- I had to ask for a plate.

The room needs updating! Carpet was disgusting and needs to be replaced. The window shade looks like you are in a prison cell.

It’s a minor thing that maybe can be fixed. When we turn off the ceiling light, another subtle sort of night light turns on. They should deactivate that as there are people who need total darkness to fall asleep.

Comfortable, clean hotel in Recoleta district with friendly and helpful staff. A good price for a 3 star hotel.

It is a 3 star hotel rather the stated 4 star hotel they self rate at, in my opinion. Air conditioners are a bit noisy if you are a sensitive sleeper but not really a problem for us.

The location is amazing. Recoleta is a very beautiful neighborhood. Breakfast is delicious and you have a great variety of options. The room is very comfortable and mine had a great view to Callao Avenue.
