Beautiful upscale hotel in central location in Recoleta, within walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery. Rooms with balconies overlooking the small park across the street were stunning. Breakfast was delicious and included a separate menu in addition to the extensive buffet. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay was beyond extraordinary, entirely due to Diego, The Palladio’s incredible concierge! I began working with Diego in June, nearly 5 months before our arrival. He was friendly and extremely efficient in booking our tickets to Teatro Colon, the Thelonious Jazz Club, and Aljibe Tango Show, as well as a special private tango lesson for our daughter and her boyfriend. When Argentina’s ground transportation union workers went on strike and our flight was cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive, Diego was indispensable in helping me through a very stressful situation. And once we finally arrived, we were treated with room upgrades, compliments of Diego! He and the entire Palladio staff provided exceptional service to my whole family. I wish every hotel we stay at could have Diego as our constant impeccable concierge, to make all of our trips as extraordinary and memorable as our stay at The Palladio. He anticipated our every need. Thank you, Diego!!! This is the 2nd MGallery Hotel that we’ve stayed at (also Hotel Perle d'Orient Cat Ba in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam), and both were so outstanding and beyond our expectations, that we will now look specifically for MGallery Hotels on all of our future trips!

We stood for one night and received the best care starting from welcoming drinks, excellent room and services, great restaurant, spa. It was so good we didn´t even leave the premises :) The room was very clean, spacious, the hotel stuff very attentive and welcoming. It came down to small details, all of which were perfect!

We stood in a room with a park view. Even though the view is great, the street is quite busy and it might be difficult to fall asleep with the traffic noise coming from outside (we were on the 9th floor!)

Great boutique location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Terrific dining for dinner and great breakfast buffet.

We did have an issue with a hostess but the management was very prompt in responding and addressing our concerns.

Beautiful hotel and good location for all main parts of Buenos Aires. Hotel was very happy to store our luggage prior to arrival so that we could pop over to Montevideo.

How thoughtful the staff were. We arrived late from a visit to Iguazu & when we checked into Palladio, our stored luggages were all in our rooms, and check in registration pre filled already with little snacks for the kids. The hotel even surprised us with an upgrade since this was our 2nd visit! Room was excellent, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Overall great value and superb location for families since we were within walking distance to theatre area and lots of great coffee shops suggested by our concierge (Diego, Sasha, Valentina and Eduardo). Our kids liked the extra attention from the staff that they insisted we cancelled another international 5* hotel to stay 3 extra nights at Palladio. My eldest used the gym extensively during our visit and enjoyed it too.Thomas arranged car pick up and recommended a fantastic tango performance & Diego and Sasha assisted us booking a boat trip to Colonia.

this hotel is in top location. the breakfast and the restaurant is excellent. In a conversation with the police, the manager helped me very friendly. best hotel in Buenos Aires!
