Our travel mates had a bad experience, being awakened by staff after midnight and told that the front desk had their passports. They believe they had left them on the dresser in their room while we went to dinner across the street. When they went down to collect the passports they were told that 2 men had demanded $100US for them. The desk clerk said that he paid it to them, and asked the guests for reimbursement, which was not given. The clerk's story makes no sense, because if the "2 men" were thieves, how did they get the passports, and if they were found outside the room, how would they have known that the passports belonged at that property?

This hotel was truly a tailored experience and convenient to many things. For me it was exceptional and I have traveled a lot . The staff was amazing and each and every one went the extra mile for us from recommendations on where to go in a short amount of time to assisting when a family member got sick. The food was fantastic and the breakfast super healthy. You feel that it is organic and that every one working there wants you to have a great stay. I would definitely return. The beds were comfortable and we also had a massage . The rate for that was very reasonable and easily arranged . The entire experience with this group was exceptional .

The room was large, modern and clean. The location was good for sightseeing

The breakfast was really disappointing: the bread tasted old, the scrambled eggs were dry, basically worse breakfast than in much cheaper hotels in Argentina we stayed at. Also given the price we were surprised that they did not serve coffee from the coffee machine (although they had one) but only filtered coffee.

No flexibility - there is no late check out - We booked 3 rooms - we’ve requested 3 hours for late checkout only for one room. Our request was denied because after noon, hotel charges USD 160. It was very disappointed. Gym was not clean, there is no AC, treadmill was not working. It would be good if the hotel had a cloth and alcohol available to clean the equipment and mats. Swimming pool was so hot :( Sofa in the room was dirty :( I recommend to clean there. Unfortunatelly, the windows are not soundproofed - as my room was in front the street, it was very noisy

We loved the restaurant, Craig’s, wonderful staff, great variety of dishes and fresh inspired plates. Generous bartenders who knew the mixology and curated selection of wines. We met the chef and the owner, fun experience. Complimentary champagne and snack each afternoon We stayed 4 nights. Rooms are large with kitchenettes, AC , like new throughout, property only 6 years old. Location affords easy walk to Mayo or the Japanese garden.

We receuved an early check in. Yay! The room was exceptionally well designed. It had a great bathroom and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. It had a nearby shower. I appreciated the beautiful architectural design of the building. I would love to have that architect design my house. We enjoyed the breakfast and the peace and quiet. I especially liked the yummy, chocolate croissant. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood. The friendly staff spoke English and answered our questions.

The staff is very helpful and bilingual in English and Spanish. The hotel is in a good location and his modern. Our room was very comfortable. It’s a situation where there is a kitchenette and a comfortable living space. We were there for 16 days

my husband found this seating in the breakfast area uncomfortable. However, he is 6 foot five. I didn’t have an issue with it. The breakfast is pretty good.

The shining stars of this excellent hotel were the staff. Everyone,from front desk staff to breakfast buffet servers were unfailingly friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were so patient in letting me try my fledgling Spanish while at the same time supplementing communication with their excellent English skills. Their recommendation regarding restaurants, and public transportation were very helpful. The hotel was spotless, and the beds comfortable as well.

The location, while close to a variety of stores and restaurants, was also always filled with traffic and noise. There were no pedestrian-only areas nearby and it was a significant walk to the closest large park. The metro was nearby, but had limited lines, making buses the easiest transportation method - despite being intimidating to use.

The Hotel is great, it's definitely boutique-type. The amenities offered were just on point. Breakfast doesn't change from day to day but there are a lot of options available. We had a trip planned to La Patagonia and they helped us storing our bags for some extra days before our check-in, since we couldn't travel with all our bags, that was super helpful! You can walk to different places but since BA is such a big city you'll need to use some other mode of transportation.

Nice bed, good A/C, great breakfast. Our 2-day stay was comfortable. We used the bar/cafe for afternoon coffee and a nice glass of wine. Service there was excellent. We had accidentally booked our room in duplicate but the hotel graciously cancelled one of the bookings for free.

The room was very hot when we arrived - the curtains were open on the west-facing balcony door and the A/C was off. It took several hours to cool down the room to sleeping temperature. There are no blankets or extra pillows in the room so ask for them at the front desk if you want them. Also there is no closet and very little storage space. This is a room where you must live out of your suitcase, not a problem for a short stay but probably not comfortable for a longer stay.
