The hotel is super nice. Great location. The room we were assigned was very comfortable and very well decorated. The staff was very welcoming and specially Alejandra at the front desk who was also very professional.

Modern room, which is not that easy to find in Recoleta, large bathroom and great shower. Staff is exceptional, the kindest. Especially the reception staff, very helpful, professional and friendly, I can't praise them enough.Good laundry service. Breakfast is fine, not a huge spread but there's everything you need for a full breakfast and the food quality is good. I would definitely recommend and return. Location is good.

Coffee quality can be improved, but it's a minor point. Rooms are a bit dark / lacking of natural light but there is sufficient artificial lighting. A bit of noise from the street.

A newly renovated hotel in the beautiful Recoleta neighborhood. Nice modern rooms. Alejandra and Gian Franco on reception were great and very helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and loved being in that area.

The room we were given on arrival had a courtyard view and was very dark. We were moved to a nicer brighter room the following day.

The staff were excellent, and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. During our stay, I celebrated my birthday, and I received a lovely surprise! :)

The breakfast selection is limited, and it would be nice if coffee from the espresso machine were included in the price of breakfast.

The only thing that could have been better is we paid for late check out at 6pm for a late night flight, would have been nice to have been given more towels etc. but we used the spa and got some from there so no problems.

Great staff, perfect location. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was a bit limited but it wasn’t a problem for my shorter stay.

Please get a good fully automatic coffee machine for espresso to latte as now with a manual machine it’s too slow and not that good!

Great location, excellent friendly & helpful front desk staff with good English, newer hotel, wonderful spa was no additional charge. They let us store our luggage at the hotel while going to Uruguay.

We were renting two rooms so it was very expensive per night.

Really nice stay at the Grand Brizo Bel Air ! The bed was really comfy, the bathroom perfect and the breakfast delicious! The brownies and little cakes were the best ;)

Only a small window in the room so it was really dark

Convenient for walking around the city - the staff were very helpful arranging taxis and booking a brilliant tango show

The dining room for breakfast was small and crowded
