Great staff! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. Some of the hallway areas and parts of the rooms could use some updating but overall the hotel is really good. Cleanliness is important and this hotel really was very clean!

Staff were friendly and helpful which was great for english speaking guests such as us. The location was fantastic fir us as we could walk to everything.

Good breakfast (yes, too many sweets, but you are in Argentina, ok? Accept it and be happy), comfortable room, most of the staff very friendly.The hotel is it an old building, since the 'original' hotel is receiving an 'upgrade'. It's not what you see in the pictures, but it's just nice. Very well located.

I asked a taxi to the airport in the morning. The concierge said they do not work with taxi drivers (since they are not reliable, his words), but with remis (a private driver, with fixed pay). But there were not remis for the time I needed. He just said: ''you have to find one taxi in the street. After what he had just said about taxi drivers, I got a little bit scared. For my luck, other man from the staff helped me to find a good taxi driver. everything went well. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay at Cyan.

Breakfast was great! Spacious room with great variety!

Swimming pool was way smaller than what i had expected from the pictures posted.

The room was very clean as well as the common areas and the bed was big enough for one person and very comfortable. The staff's really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good and calm neighborhood - a walking distance from Teatro Colón and Obelisco.

Breakfast isn't included which makes it overpriced compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood. Check-in is supposed is at 3 p.m. which wasn't very good for me since I had to spend a few hours holding bags around the city.
