Bathroom, while fully operational, it could use additional aesthetic improvements. Nevertheless, the bathroom is fully operational, water supply abundant--hot and cold.

Great location, very close to the comercial area of Recoleta. We’ve paid the breakfast separately and it was really good. Beautiful lobby and the staff was friendly.

The floor was a bit dirty, and the front door was very hard to get closed.

The property and location of the hotel was great.

The staff was rude from the beginning , showing a bad attitude towards us as tourists. Never great, or even didn’t give us the room that was booked and paid for. For a 4 star hotel the internet was pretty lame and never worked on the room. Bath tub leaking and smell.

I am honestly impressed with this beautiful hotel, the price was low compere to service I got! I am the most impressed by front desk staff, the most lovely, professional, and kind people I ever met! I will always remember Edgar, Marciano, Gustavo and Fernando. And definitely I will be back next time I visit BA. Hotel was clean, it had all i needed and any person needs during travel, AC was powerful in summer time, elevator functioning, and location… OMG… the best, all is walking distance! Recoleta is definitely my favorite area in Buenos Aires! Thank you guys for making my stay the most wonderful and easy, thank you for all help finding directions, places, recommendations, I will always remember you and will be back for sure in 1253 Recoleta Small Hotel !! 🙏❤️

I loved all, there is no reason not to like such an amazing hotel

I really liked the hotel - the room was ample as well as the bathroom and the decoration was minimalist. The breakfast was lovely and the lobby nicely decorated and useful. The service was very good and the location excellent. The tall ceilings and robust walls make it a small petit hotel with great comfort and elegance that matches its neighbourhood. The price was very good.

Everything was great. If I had to suggest changes for improvement I would suggest having a bathroom with a shower in the lobby for late leavers; sockets to charge phones next to seats at the entrance in the lobby. These are minor things. All in all, I will return because I loved this hotel.

The hotel is modern, you can tell they put a good effort in keeping everything looking good, nothing is broken or old. The staff is very helpful and nice. Late checkout time and breakfast goes till late as well, excellent breakfast options for such a cheap hotel. Rooms are huge and also modern and nice. I personally do not understand the bad reviews and think most have to be fake as the hotel is exactly as the pictures show, rooms amazing, and you won't find another hotel of this value for the same price. If you compare it to a $200 a night hotel. Ok, yes, it's bad, but this place cost a fraction of that. Very good value

The only valid complaint is the elevator doors are very loud and can wake you up, it did both of us, not a huge deal for us though. But this seems like it would be a quick and easy fix as it's not the elevator, it's the doors on the outside you open and close.

The location is excellent to discover Recoleta. The room is spacious with basic amenities in one of the rooms.

The rooms need a painting job as the walls were not clean in some areas. There is a bathtub but it cannot be used because of lack of water stoppers. Make sure to check the basic amenities to ensure they are available to the room guests. This is the only hotel out of the seven hotels we have stayed in that has additional charges per person for the stay.

Staff was super friendly and service oriented. There was a leak in the toilet in the morning and when we came back it was fixed. Old building, refurbished with taste. Breakfast was quite good. Large bed with a good quality mattress. Nice location near lots of busses

Everything was very good. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning, there's a school across the street and the windows are not too isolated. Wifi worked well in the reception, not great in the rooms.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely helpful and very friendly staff. The rooms are comfy and quiet and the bathroom is nice and spacious. A lovely breakfast is available with a nice choice and freshly cooked eggs available

There is no lift at the hotel but the staff carried our heavy luggage to our rooms and the room only had a fan not ac but it was fine during our stay.

The staff at reception was very nice and friendly.You can also change money at the hotel which was very helpful. The location is great. Is literally at the heart of recoleta: highly recomended.

Breakfast is below average; not a lot of choice. Also during our stay there were over 30 children competing and having breakfast during these days was quite cahotic.
